I am so grateful for the amazing work they performed on short notice. I heard an unusual noise, went to the basement to investigate and stepped into 2 inches of water. The entire basement was full from a sprinkler break. I left a message at 6:00 a.m. to Koala T for a water extraction on Saturday. They were at my home within 2 hours.
