Amazing job! I cannot day enough good things about Chris. He fit me in last minute, so that I could have it done before Thanksgiving. He texted me 10 minutes before getting here and was right on time. He was very personable and took the time to use a specialized "black light" flashlight to locate all of the invisible pet stains and explained to me the enzyme that he would be putting on it to not only get rid of the stain and sanitize, but get rid of the odor. He was finished in just under an hour for 3 rooms and a hallway. It not only looks absolutely beautiful, but it smells great! I've had my carpets cleaned before by a company claiming to clean 3 rooms for $99, and they were so sopping wet afterwards, we had to rent fans to dry it out. It was an awful experience, so I'm truly grateful to Chris for doing such an awesome job. Will definitely be calling him again! read more

Very happy with this service! I had them out to clean a very dirty couch and take care of some dog pee spots I had thanks to a recent foster puppy. My couch is a whole different color now! The carpet dried nice and soft and clean. All the urine came out except for in one tiny spot, which he happily came back the next day and hit again. Now it's perfect. Chris did a phenomenal job on our carpets. Went out looking for a carpet cleaner specifically for pee stains in our new carpet and I'm so thankful I found bulldog! He's got a special tool that I have yet to see any other cleaner use which with the help of his other supplies was able to remove the stains completely! Not just while the carpet was wet (which is when they all normally look the best), and left an awesome smell!
