NEVER TRUST THIS MECHANIC. i wish i could give 0 start since they DONT CARE customers AT ALL. I can't start my car and it happened in my parking garage. i thought they have good reviews so i called and let them come and fixed my car. They replaced the parts. They promised they have warranty for the parts and guaranteed would take care of the problem they fixed. However, same problem happened again 2 days after and within 2months it kept happening again that i couldn't start my car. i texted the guy who helped me and guess what? NO RESPONSE!!! I had to bring my car to auto shop and replace the parts again. They OVERCHARGED! Their labor fee is $395 plus mobile fee which would cost you way a lot more than you go to auto shop. They also don't care your car. They can easily use cheap parts even though they tell you they use new parts from OReily, but who knows the true? 100% recommend! I found them on Yelp as my son's truck was not starting and I was at work and he was at home. I was able to call them, and within an hour and a half they were at my home. They diagnosed the problem right away, fixed the truck and got it running within a short period of time. It ended up being the alarm, which my son just cut off to install speakers with his friend. The alarm was a kill switch to the truck. They were able to determine the problem right away and got the truck running. Ok here we go, one Saturday I was repairing my own car and the spark plugs would come out felt as if I was applying too much pressure didn't want to snap. So I called got an eta in which I got an updated call when he would actually be at the house (great). I had already gotten 2 changed just needed the last 2 changed. I was getting hosed by the mechanic I had previously gone to....hosed in a very unapologetic way. Then a month after I got the car back the thermostat went out and I was frustrated again because I didn't want to deal with another $800 bill. I heard about mobile mechanics and took to Yelp to find one...BOOM! A OK Mobile Mechanics. Great, amazing, prompt service. I called them and he answered quickly and scheduled a time within a couple hours of my call. He said he would be on his way and call me with a better time frame. Showed up and took care of the problem as well as another issue that stemmed from the thermostat. The bill came out to be a little less than half the quote from the other guys for both the issues combined. Where has this been all my life. They come to me, take care of the issue, no run around and inflated costs...flabbergasting. I would recommend these guys to as many people as I possibly can. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON!!! WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! Heater didn't worked due to clogged lines. He said he would arrive between 8am - 9am, showed up at 9:30am but not a big deal for me. $60 for the diagnostic and mobile service call which I feel is a fair price but then another $100 just to clear out the clogged lines with water and air. Whole service took less than 1 hour. Total of $160 which I believe is a little steep for a temporary repair. Usually diagnostic is incorporated in price of repair, at least some it should be, but not in this case. He didn't really give me any options on which route to take as far costs. I understand time and convenience costs but service providers need to understand quality and fairness costs too which determines repeating customers. Now I have a coolant leak, now the price has changed to $80 for a service call that he is going to charge me for the damage he has done. Also $100 - $120 for hourly labor. More than dealership labor and same rate for Semi Truck mechanic labor rate. STAY AWAY!!! Hoping I could find a reliable mobile mechanic so I don't have to drive 30 miles across town and sit at the shop for half day.
