Called and got a quote first for new brake pads (I think it was $185 but can't remember for sure) and then got a quote for brake pads and rotors, which was $450 including labor. But it turns out I put it off for too long and also needed new calipers. He lifted my car up and showed me how they were leaking brake fluid. And this didn't surprise me because I could feel my car was no longer braking. He finished everything during my work day and only charged $1,000. Quoted $2,118 just for coils (parts costs). Quoted over $2,000 for a partial tune-up (2 coils). I found the parts online, 8 coils, 16 spark plugs, wires for $192-$550(performance). I can have it done at the dealership for far less or I can do it myself! Median range for this job is way less. I guess you could use them for diagnostics. Feel like Kacal's is way overcharging.
