No dealer BS markups and the dealer I worked with was able to deliver the new truck to my house so everything was done over the phone/email. If you're a Costco member and looking for a new car, give them a shot. You're not obligated to buy from them but just beware that some models may take longer to get if the dealer doesn't have it on their lot so they need to trade with another dealership. It took about a week in my case from outreach to delivery.

I have never gone to a mechanic with a quote for a specific service and gone to pick-up my car for $300 LESS, because they found that the thermostat was still perfectly functional and did NOT need to be replaced. They could have easily charged me for the quoted amount that I agreed to and replaced the part anyway, but instead, continued to reaffirm my decision for why I keep coming back. Trust with a mechanic/auto shop is a delicate balance and I'm happy to say that my confidence in them for all of my vehicles is strong. I highly recommend DI Motorsports to my family and co-workers, and definitely to anyone reading this! He said he goes back and forth to trade st tesla service center and every question i asked i could tell this is where i need to bring my model y. Drove there and he knew everything and also knew how to repair my rear liftgate hinges as they also needed to be replaced after i mentioned it. Car was there for 7 weeks granted it was there around the holidays so days in there closed under normal business hours so it took a while. Got updates along the way but i would have to call/email to get a update. They called and emailed car was finished 7 weeks laterand ready for pick up. Dropped off the rental car next door and very nice lady drove my tesla out to front. Could not have been happier. She even mentioned they could wash my car one last time quickly if i cared to. Just professional and nice. I was just happy to get my car back and had rental was a model 3 and now i had my model y performance with FSD back. Huge surprise is this: The rear liftgate hinges were fixed and liftgate closed like brand new. Easily a $700-$1200(something i did, agressive on liftgate)fix but was repaired and fixed on my car! Just so satisfied overall with everything..and the nice fix on rear liftgate hinge as a massive bonus. If you have a Tesla bring your car here! Trust me. They will repair your car with expertise and professionalism.

It was almost undetectable, but Jae immediately picked up on it and told me about it. He suspected that it could be a lean surge, and had me dyno the car to check AFR before making an offer. Just as a precaution. Sure enough the car was running at between 15-16 to 1 at WOT. Jae told me to run away from the car, and I did despite having a lot of time and emotional capital invested in it. Very glad I did. Found a much better car for less money a month later. Not sure other shops would have picked up on what Jae did. I tend to do most of my own work on my cars, but any time I need to enlist a pro, I will only come here. By the way, he builds the 3.8 motors for Singer.
