I waited a few months before writing the review to see how the repair to the front door lock held up and I am happy to report that the fix worked great and is continuing to hold up. Zee was available with a same day appointment to fix our front door lock. Our front door lock set is original to the house and quite old and he was able to repair it instead of forcing us to install a new model. Zee, the owner, was the first one to respond and I waited for other quotes to come in. I decided to go with him since he had the most affordable price. He let me know his ETA and while he was stuck in traffic, he was updating me with his status. He was also very fast in rekeying the locks. I had the most amazing experience with A One Locksmith Company. I reached out late evening Friday night and Zee replied so quickly, we spoke on the phone and he was able to give me an estimate based on my desired lock repairs and we scheduled to meet between 9am and 12pm the following day. He was punctual and professional with kN95 masking. As he began completing the work on the 6 locks, it turned out I had more faulty locks than I expected. He was very thorough, showed me the issues and explained why he recommended a different action plan than what I originally wanted, and it made absolute sense. In the end, he changed 8 locks for me, replaced 5 new ones and rekeyed them all for reduced key carrying AND he provided me with a wonderful discount which I greatly appreciated. More than anything, he went above and beyond to make sure he'd done a great job. Ran me through the keys at least twice (busy mom life), provided me with spare keys for my entire family (5 sets total) and was extremely flexible with add-on work which I appreciated completely.
