I found myself locked out of my house due to a malfunctioning electronic lock (which I do NOT recommend) and even though it was past five, Mike responded and said he could be there in 50 minutes. I called at 1am in the morning on a Thursday with a stuck key in the deadbolt. This was the first locksmith I saw that was open 24 hours. I had several appointments on Thursday and was leaving Friday for out of town so I was anxious to get it fixed. Mike was very personable, didn't give me a big runaround or condescending lecture. He made several suggestions to see if I could get it out on my own. Since it was not a serious emergency, we agreed that I'd call him at 8am later that morning if I still couldn't get it out. He arrived about 9, took the deadbolt apart, worked his magic, and was able to not only get the old key out, but give me two new ones. We called a few places and Mike was the only one who was not only open Sundays, but he hauled out to us in a timely manner. He needed to troubleshoot a bit due to the -old- that is our door but he was able to get it open & functional/safe- he then returned a couple days later with a hard-to-find part to complete the fix permanently, and it works better than it has in years. Mike at "Locks King" got back to me right away and was extremely helpful. I had an old car from the 1960's which had a special trick to removing the ignition for replacement. I had all the replacement parts, but did not know how to remove the ignition‍ . Mike was honest and said it was easy enough that I could do it myself without having to pay someone. Mike told me how to remove the ignition in simple steps. He was willing to remove it for me, if I was unable to. I gave it a try and was able to replace the ignition myself.
