I locked me out of my apartment and I called locksmith. The technician was rude since the beginning. He parked on a resident parking space and I told him to park on the street, he responds "tell me where is your apartment ". After several minutes traying to open the door with a tool, he was very mad. He uses a screwdriver between the jamb and the door forcing the border until the tool worked. The jamb and the door side was damaged. Once the door opened, he happened the door forcefully, slamming it against the wall. When asking how much was the cost he said $200. I said "no way I will pay you $200 for 10 minutes of work". The he said ok $ 150. I called customer services after he left but they don't care about anything. THIS COMPANY IS RIPOFF. These folks are great! Knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to exhaust every option, they were able to make me a replacement key for my Genuine Blur 150 when all others tried and failed. I first went to HD. What a waste of time. Never anyone. Flagging somebody down or waiting is an awful experience. Just to have keys that didn't fit. Well guys once again I'm back to write a review. And as you well know I don't write many reviews so when I do. You know you must pay attention. My wife needed a spare key made for her 2013 Toyota and as you know dealership can be expensive. We found Concord Locksmith and ordered a key for the Toyota and a key for my daughter's Scion. I kept the spare key on my ring and one Saturday I dropped it on the ground and the key broke and the battery and remote part fell out and I couldn't find it. So when I called to get it replaced I was told I would have to pay full price l. Of course I didn't think it was fair and manager Michael didn't seem convinced I was telling the truth. I must say this was tough to handle bcuz I'm so honest. So I think after a few minutes Michael might have said to himself maybe this guy is truthful and suggested I speak with owner Lisa. So I left my number and she called me back. And here's where THIS LADY STEPPED UP BIG TIME. She was very kind and we got to talking and she did share one of her experiences with a remote key and she totally believe me. Big time relief. So what she did was she let me purchase another key ordered it for me and a sleeve to prevent the key from coming apart if dropped again. The BEAUTIFUL PART IS SHE ONLY CHARGED ME HER COST INSTEAD OF FULL PRICE. And THATS WHAT I CALLED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I needed a new key for a 4 drawer locking file cabinet having lost the original. I bought a key and it didn't work so I took it back. They then researched possible keys to fit the pic of the lock I brought in. It took 30 minutes and I left with four keys to try. It turned out to be the first key and I now have a locked cabinet. They saved me literally! I inadvertently locked my keys in the trunk for my keyless car, and when I went to enter it, the doors were not unlocking. I was stuck and luckily was parked close to the shop and went over there. After some friendly, professional communication by email, I sent them some photos they asked for and they scheduled a service call for the next day. Honest business practices. Kind employees . They are the best ! I work at an old building that has " panic bar" door locks. You know the ones where you push the bar on the door to open. One end of one of the bars became displaced today a Friday. The business owner called a locksmith " Oh yes , I can order that part. I can have it by Monday. You'll need a whole new piece.
