Rather than receiving help in the store, I was repeatedly told to call the customer service number at 1-866-665-2864, even though I was standing in the store asking for assistance. I also have concerns regarding the processing fee charged for debit card transactions. My understanding is that, effective August 1, 2026, Louisiana law (Act 751, La. R.S. 51:3081) prohibits retail businesses from charging customers a surcharge for paying with a debit card. Despite this, your store was charging a debit card processing fee. Because of this, I chose to pay with cash instead. Unfortunately, paying with cash created additional inconvenience because I had to repeatedly bring my receipt back to the store, only to leave each time without any resolution or meaningful update regarding my order. Overall, my experience has been disappointing due to the lack of organization, poor communication, inconsistent information, and inability to provide customers with accurate updates about their orders. Customers should not have to make multiple trips, receive conflicting information, or be redirected to a customer service phone number because the store is unable to provide basic information about an order.
