I was warmly welcomed and completely taken care of from the moment I walked in the store. I had a large order since my oldest is starting high school in the fall and they not only fulfilled the entire order immediately, but had all of the monogrammed items completed within an hour. I will never go back to any other uniform store and I am so grateful for all of the time spent making sure I had everything I needed. I've always used another uniform company, as it's the only one that I thought carried my daughter's uniforms. Well, I was wrong. We were about a block from Schumacher's, so we drove right over. We were able to park right in front of the building, and upon entering we were helped right away. There weren't many folks there, so we didn't have to wait. A very sweet employee asked what we needed, retrieved the blouses, and we were checked out and on our way. It literally took about 10 minutes. The store itself is dated and feels a little dingy inside, but the employees were all helpful and efficient, and they actually carry my daughter's uniforms. They're much closer to our home than the shop I've been using for years, so for convenience sake, I'll probably return to Schumacher's in the future for uniform needs. A truly great find.

I waited around for almost 2 weeks and had never heard anything back from your business, so I eventually called to see what was going on and was told that they do not have the shirts. So I then asked for a refund, in which I have been constantly denied my money back even though I didn't receive my order. This has made me feel like I have been robbed, and I work really hard to support my family, and every dollar counts.

They managed the line so well that what initially seemed like a daunting wait flew by much faster than I anticipated. Despite my last minute timing I do not look forward to uniform shopping next year. Have you ever noticed all the parents look as though they are full of disgust, may have made the wrong school choice, not on good terms with their kids, or they can't wait for this ish to be over.
