I came in this evening to purchase some scrubs after seeing they were open till 7 PM on Google. After about 5 minutes of looking around a lady with short blonde hair interrupted us to tell us "that they close at six and that they have families too" in a very rude and dismissive tone. We were so taken aback as to why she felt the need to say that. My family died in a house fire several years ago and I check the closing time before entering the store, which said 7 PM. Will never be back again. Do not recommend. If I could put zero stars I would. I have a job interview in the next few days and was looking for some new scrubs. I left with nothing and a hurtful reminder that other people can say such hurtful things to people they don't know. read more

Upon requesting cancellation and modification for affordability, the customer service representative's refusal and interruptions were disheartening. I tried to exchange a pair of pants I bout last night because they were too small when I tried to wear them today. They felt ok in the fitting from but I knew once I got ready for work there was no way I was going to be comfortable. I was met with a rude cashier and an abrasive manager that said I could not exchange the pants because the tags were not still attached. I had them in my hand along with the receipt and yet no customer service - just an "I'm sorry maybe you can sell them to someone at your job." Wow really. I can't rave enough about this store......service.....selection......value. It was very easy to get to right off Severn. Parking was right at the door. When I entered I was immediately greeted. I was a bit overwhelmed and did not know exactly where to turn. When a kind voice asked me if I needed help. I said that I did not know where to start. I was asked for my size and the colors I would like and she would bring out a couple. I immediately began to feel better. I was asked to just look around for a few moments. I just wandered and felt the different fabrics. After seeing the selection I was told about the clearance items and various discounts. I bought 5 pair!!!! This place is awesome. Hands down, one of my favorite shopping experiences ever. Huge selection of scrubs and accessories, and insanely friendly staff. Also, convenient parking in an easy-to-access area. The area manager, Brandon Thomas, helped me while I was checking out and it was as if I was talking to an old friend. So incredibly kind and helpful... told him what issues I was having with finding certain scrubs, and he jumped right to offering all sorts of advice on brands and fits. It was just an awesome experience! I stopped by Uniforms by Bayou yesterday, and while their staff was sweet, the selection and experience I had today was superior to my good experience at Bayou. Decent selection of scrub styles (including petites and talls) and prices were reasonable. They also had a pretty good-sized footwear department. However, the follow-up/customer service for a special order was lacking. I bought a scrub jacket that needed to be embroidered with the hospital logo and the sales guy said they would call when it was ready, probably in 7-10 days. After 14 days with no call, I had to call the store and they told me my jacket was there and had been in for a few days. The girl who answered the phone was nice and did apologize about the no-call but it was still annoying to have to track down my own order. Next time I will probably get the embroidering done on my own. read more

Uniform Advantage has lots of selections and sizes. They have petite pants in store for us short ladies which is great to not have to order them and wait for them to come in. Lots of brands to choose from at affordable prices. Darianna was super friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in! They also offer student discounts so bring your ID! When I asked for assistance to where the maternity scrubs would be located the man behind the counter looked up briefly and said "oh we don't have those" and continued to type on his computer! Ridiculous to have someone at the register to only look up at you after being involved in the register for half an hour, say, I'll be with you in a moment. After saying that TWICE, when I needed help the first time. I just walked away to look for any brand top. If it's just you ring people up and let them go about their day would be helpful.
