    Cute chair!

A cute cafe with artsy vibes filled the cafe. Bookshelves on one side, while the other wall filled with some artist and their works. The entire place has a chill atmosphere. Loved it!

Some of the best chilaquiles I had there. This place is lovely to sit and read a book, drink coffee and be grateful that you're in PV instead of back home. I also had a mango smoothie and it was perfectly blended.

We have tried a bunch of coffee shops in PV and this is one of the best. The place itself is an art gallery/bookstore/restaurant/coffee shop, all in one. We order hot and iced lattes, but all of the food that comes out as we have been waiting looks great.

Chilaquiles verde with grilled chicken and fricken egg. Delicious!

Good food and service. Nothing fancy but good chilaquiles verde with chicken and egg. Cash only.

Bibliophile's paradise for used books! It's such a nice, cozy cafe in Puerto Vallarta. Most of the books are in English and they are very affordable. I picked up Robert T Koyosaki's "Retire Young, Retire Rich" for 5 pesos. On Amazon, it's retailed for $13 USD. A tribute to the common theme where many Americans come to Puerto Vallarta to retire affordably. (Beach front luxury for about $350k-$400k - another level of gentrification, but that's another discussion) Oh, and the coffee is amazing! Best Coffee I had in Puerto Vallarta. The resort coffees don't even come close. I had the latte and there was a rich chocolately taste. By the way, it's 39 pesos. (about $2) So for about $3 USD, you can have one of the best afternoons during your visit (of course, after having enough of the sun/booze/partying) Not all books are 5 pesos. The newer ones are a little more expensive (up to 300 pesos). The prices are written on the back of the front cover. Pesos only. If you had American dollars, they might not have enough to provide you change.

Went here a few times while in Puerto vallarta. Staff are friendly, especially in the evening. They have local art and many books. You can sit inside or out. Its cash only, which isn't a shock. Most places around town are. Wish they had a few more gluten free options, but one can dream. They did have flan, which I was not up for trying, but it looked delicious.

This is a cute little bookstore cafe that has tasty food. I had the chilaquiles with red sauce and chicken. The chicken was amazing. My partner had the same thing but with the green sauce. I'd recommend the green sauce and will be having that when I go back.

Soy berry smoothie. Really good! Has berries, yogurt, almonds, and soy milk.

Got recommendations from our Uber driver to try this place. He was on point when he said how good it was!! Really delish!! I got the Soy berry smoothie. To try to get in some yoirgist and berries. Has almost and soy milk too. Taste delish! H They have beautiful art work here. As well as plenty of books to grab and ready. Outside dining and WiFi Apparently. Cut place. In the downtown area! Really convenient can't get enough!

Great place to buy trade or hangout and have a cup of joe. We have been there 3 times this week. We have bought books and we also traded in books for a credit that you can use to get a new book. Place is large and they have seats outside.

I am so happy we found this little place while 2 were wondering around. It was our refugee from the sun and from the rain while we were Puerto Vallarta. It reminds me of a small comfy bookstore, but they serve food, pastry, and a pretty good array of drinks. I didn't get to try the coffee or mochas or tea. I did have their fruit smoothies and I totally love them! I had their mango smoothie birth times were there. We sat there, relaxed, people watched, and just spend time together. You could just pull a book from the shelves and spend hours there. Oh, the books are for sale. They seemed to be a collection of old books. The service was very friendly, they spoke English and helped when I attempted Spanish. They were very helpful when I asked what was in a pastry, what was in my smoothie, etc. This also has a nice clean restroom, for those that want to know. And it's not too far from the beachside.

A hidden gem in Old Vallarta. The coffee is good, and so is their homemade chai! We were looking for a local place to have some good coffee in town, and the concierge recommended this place. It's cute, artsy, and LGBT friendly. They have pride flags and memorabilia displayed throughout (!). We ordered flavored lattes and their homemade chai. The chai was absolutely delicious - not too sweet! The lattes were good, but the waitress forgot the vanilla syrup in one. We also ordered a homemade chocolate chip oatmeal cookie, which was good, but more oatmeal than chocolate, and a little dry. Bonus points for the ginormous size, though! They have almond and soy milk for those of you who are looking for dairy free. Pay this place a visit if you're looking for some good coffee and a relaxing place to chill!

In A Nutshell: -A Page in the Sun is both a cafe & used bookstore. -The Mexicano Coffee & Iced Americano coffee were both just okay. -The Mexican Huevos & Chicken Baguette were also really nothing too special, so I can't really write much more. -As mentioned in line one, you can buy used books, which are sorted alphabetically by author first/last name. Overall, it's an average coffee shop.
