The job took a couple days longer than expected but such is life when you're working with a lot of sq ft and simultaneously just had the floors refinished. The team was *incredibly thorough* with protecting the floors, walls, and other areas that weren't being painted. All of their prep work was top notch. The trim and baseboards came out gorgeous. And the rooms we had painted look incredible. It was a little more expensive than a couple other quotes, but I am very happy and feel like it was money well spent for very professional work. Attached photos are just two rooms, the green room they painted and did the baseboards. But they did work in 8-12 rooms in our house depending on how you count and every single one turned out great.

I stand by my review and I have correspondence to back it up. I did not refuse to sign a contract - I never got a contract. I offered to go to their office to sign it but Teeka said she'd bring it to my house, she didn't. She said she'd mail it, she didnt. They're now telling me my warranty has been voided because I didn't sign a contract I didn't get. I paid them the day they asked for the money but I apparently no longer have a warranty. I contacted them for touch-ups the end of August and didn't hear a word from them so I contacted them again the end of Sept. and they said my first email had just been overlooked. Now they're saying I wouldn't let them come back in Sept. but they hadn't even contacted me then. They offered to come back mid-October but I couldn't be home that one specific day. They then wanted to come in Nov and I said no because the nights were too cold for the paint to set properly. As far as I know that is only time they came to my house and I had asked them not to. I asked if they could just wait until spring at that point and I was told I was ridiculous. Teeka has now told me if I don't remove my negative reviews, they will sue me for defamation. I don't know what else to say or do. I'm tired of fighting with them, it's just too stressful. I guess they've won - I give up. However on the flip side, I do want to say the owner and the painters were very nice and very professional. I guess I would say read all of their reviews and make your decision from there.

They broke the price down based on the different paint products available and even offered quotes to replace some damage on our house. We found their prices to be comparable to other painters we got estimates from and were able to choose the kind of paint that gave us the best cost vs effectiveness balance which was nice because some painters are limited to one line of products available. Much to our surprise they called and said that they had availability much sooner than they originally thought and were able to come out the next day to begin painting. After a full day of very thorough prep work they had a crew large enough to paint all of the body in one day and trimmed out the next. The final paint job looks AMAZING! He spent about an hour with my wife and I while we toured the outside of our house, offered suggestions on paint schemes, and ultimately gave us an idea of the quantity of supplies, primer, and paint would be needed, along with a "low to high" cost estimate. He doesn't produce a nice glossy report with a warranty like other companies. However he obviously "knows his stuff", and we decided to proceed with him even though the low end of his estimate was more than a couple of other competitors including a Denver business that regularly canvasses Loveland. His crew was excellent. They prepped the house for 4 or 5 days to wash, sand, and spot prime bare spots (PLUS the undersides of all siding boards...not just the bottom 4 feet or so). Then the crew completely primed the exterior (the primer was tinted, not white), applied a thick coat of paint, followed by trim and exterior doors. Mike regularly visited the job site for suggestions for the crew for touch ups. They were steady, polite, hard workers, and cleaned up every night. Ultimately after 6 straight days of work with one weather interruption, the job was done, billed out at the low estimate he had previously given us. I highly recommend him and his crews for anyone looking to have a quality paint job done.
