I am sorry to say that I had a terrible experience with H3 painting. The crew that worked on the exterior of my house had absolutely no idea what they were doing and it looks worse than it did before they started. They spread caulk all over the smooth wood siding and created unnecessary texture. They sprayed the house in short segments so the flashing is awful and has multiple sheens to it on each side of the house. They left paint all over the new screens and on the glass of the windows and I will be picking up the trash for weeks. There is paint stained all over the flagstone patio and the gutters are full of paint chips. Honestly, if you are considering using this company, come take a look at my house first. It is literally appalling and I now have to have all of the caulk sanded off the flat surfaces of the house and repainted. read more

How this company got 5 stars I will never know as it was anything but 5 stars. The patch work they did on the wall behind our tv looked like it was done by a 5 year old. The mess they left was unacceptable. As you can see in the pics (can't post pics on Yelp apparently) the tv bracket has paint on it. Other messes left by this company - - Tile has been installed on the bathroom floor and shower by another contractor and it has not been grouted yet. Drywall mud is in between the tile. Why they didn't cover the floor when they did patch work and paint work is beyond me. I asked them two different times to clean up the drywall mud and they did a half ass job as there is still drywall mud in between the tile. - Paint tray was left in a room they didn't even do any work in. There was another paint tray they left in the living room. We have a dog. Thank God the dog didn't get in the these trays and track paint all over the house before we discovered them. - Several empty water bottles and bottle caps were found on the floor in the areas they worked. - There is paint on a wood beam and outlets in the bedroom. - The main painter Robert had his son paint our foyer. There was paint on the ceiling and a fly in the paint in the wall and a few spots he missed. I pointed this out to him and he fixed. After they left, I noticed he did not paint on part of the bottom of the wall. The base board will not cover the unpainted area. The painters couldn't have left our house fast enough the last day (Friday) they were here. Here is why. There was a fire over two hours away from our house. It was a little smoky. I assured them it was over 2 hours away and if there was a real danger I would be alerted by our neighborhood message board as everyone here is very diligent in keeping up to date with the fires. I asked them to wait until I did a final walk through. By the time I got outside they were gone. I had it at that point and decided I would deal with it the next day. I received an invoice for the balance the next morning (Saturday). I texted Tim with pics of the patch work and mess they left. He said they would be up to fix the next morning. Unfortunately there was a pre evacuation for our neighborhood the morning (Sunday) they were going to come up due to two new fires that started near our house and we ended up having to evacuate that afternoon for 4 days. Tim also told me that Robert knew he would have to come back and fix the patch but then why did he send me the balance of the invoice and didn't say anything until I complained! I wish to God I would have selected a more professional company. No 5 star work on this job period! Another thing. I was told they would be at our house at 8:30 or 9:00 and they didn't show up til 11:00 the first few days and 10:00 the last day. Diana G. read more

This painting company ruined my hardwood floors by scratching them when pulling the refrigerator out. They also "hopped" on the ladders, causing indents and mars on the floors. They have not done anything to compensate me for the damages or repair work, even though Tim signed a contract to refund the money. They have expected me to do the footwork to get the repair work done. I question now if they are insured. I also had to clean paint off the floor and TV screen. read more
