I called Frank and without hesitation and understanding he drove to my home replaced the slide for different one... At 130 I called again the girl that answer the phone told me your party starts at 2, will be there. It was 155 and she called me that they were running late. They showed up at 210 and she just said your party started at 2pm, and the weather is bad. I spoke to to her for like 10 minutes and I she just made is seem the it was my fault for putting the party at 2 and having come at 2pm. They finished at 230 setting up and I had kids already here waiting. The customer aspect was just unbelievable blaming me for everything. This company has been in business for 2yrs but with the way they threat their customers I don't see them in business for long.

Although Claudia's does not offer refunds (which is unfortunate but they made that very clear when we originally ordered) they did let us reallocate the funds to the rehearsal dinner and other items. They worked with us to make sure everything was perfect and arrived on time. Drop off and pick up was seamless. Only negative I would say is that the chairs were a little small and if you have a very large person, I am not sure it would hold their weight. The napkins were also a bit flimsy. However, for the price, you can't really do better.
