They were supposed to drop the tables and chairs at my house by 8:00 am this past Saturday, 11/2/2014. I waited patiently and when 10:00 am came, I started calling, leaving messages, but no answer and no response. They NEVER SHOWED UP and NEVER CALLED me, not even to provide an explanation or apology. To add insult to injury they wouldn't answer their phones and after calling over and over again, I was sent directly to voicemail. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and unreliabile service. I had to find another rental place around noon since I never heard back. Thankfully, I was able to find a Party Rental in homestead where I was able to pick up 6 tables and 40 chairs the same day! THANK GOD!!
