This is the first time I went out of my way to write a review online. David Alwadish who is the President of "Its Easy" saved me BIG time last week! When I got to the airport I realized my Passport was expired. My heart dropped to my ankles. My brother and I were going to Montreal Canada for his bachelor party and we had 7 of his friends meeting us there. I called the US Passport services first and tried to get an appointment that day, but they had nothing available for another 10days which did me no good. Thank god a lady at American Airlines had "Its Easy" phone number. When I called at 10:15AM from Lagaudia Airport, his receptionist told us to get to his office quickly, so my borther and I hopped in a taxi. We were at David's office by 10:45AM, filled out the Passport paper work and by 11:00AM his courier was out the door. I was promised by 5:30PM that day I would have my passport in hand. What made everything so conveneint was that American Airlines had a store front in the building for me to change the flight till the evening. By 5:15PM I was back at "Its Easy" after a full day of stress and feeling horrible about potentially missing my little brothers bachelor party..........David Alwadish and his employees delivered! I had my new passport and made the evening flight. This is what service is all about! They run a tight operation and made me feel at ease with their professionalism. To his staff it was just another day in the office, but to me they parted the sea. I want to give a shout out to all involved........Rickey, Carlos, David & the guy with the funny nickname. My husband & I were just about to leave on our honeymoon when his passport would not scan at the airport since it was due to expire within 6 months of travelling! I was extremely upset & panicked, but a friend had sent me information about ItsEasy passport services at JFK. Even though we were at LaGuardia, I figured I would give the service a call to see if they could help with anything (wouldn't hurt at any rate). I was transferred to David, who very helpfully explained to me that we could either employ their services, or go to the NY passport agency ourselves and get the passport renewed that day. He offered this honest advice as a "wedding present" which was very kind of him to do & I am extremely grateful that he did not try to take advantage of us in our desperate situation (as I imagine would be very tempting of a lesser businessman)! We followed David's advice carefully and were able to get the passport renewed that afternoon-- we ended up delaying our flights by only 1 day so it was not the end of the world (although it felt it at the time!). I cannot emphasize enough how thankful I am for David's advice at this time as we literally could not have gone on our honeymoon trip without his help-- no exaggeration here! (That day I learned that it IS possible to get your passport renewed in 1 day as long as there is proof of urgent travel plans.) Even during that afternoon (and the following day), David followed up with us to make sure things worked out. We needed Russian visas and were told by our travel agent to "just drop into the Consulate, fill out an application and pick one up." Easy, right? Not so!! The process for obtaining one changed on July 1st. We now needed to fill out an online form, which was actually not too long, but took 5 hours to complete for two people. The Russian server was (understandably) overwhelmed, very, very slow and kept crashing. But I did manage to get the forms completed and printed. We took a train into NYC to submit the applications and the rest of the paperwork to the Consulate. We stood in line for over FIVE hours in the sun before we were admitted. Then, when the agent discovered we hadn't answered a question in the manner he wanted, we were told to go home and make the change online....no simply writing in the correct answer. That's when we knew we needed to have a professional take over. Enter It'sEasy Passport & Visa Services. That agency is wonderful!!! We dropped off the paperwork the following Monday, and nine business days later we received the visa. We were kept advised as to when they were working on the applications and when the visas were ready for pick up. Every contact was with a friendly, helpful individual. Let me just say that I have never written a review to yelp before for any reason whatsoever, positive or negative. But I was so impressed with the execution at Its Easy that I thought I'd take 5 minutes out of work to write one, because they deserve it. I have an upcoming overseas trip and my passport expires in a few weeks time. I was planning on going to the passport office in NYC on their annual "Passport Day" (no appt needed) but, amazingly, it was cancelled at the last minute when it looked like the federal gvt might shut down due to the budget standoff (April 2011). So I went to Its Easy the following day. I worked with Rickey there. He was efficient and quickly got me through the paperwork that was required. Above and beyond being completely professional , he was friendly, cheerful and made the experience pleasant. I paid for 6-8 day turnaround. 2 days later i got an email from Its Easy saying my passport was ready. I walked in and Rickey greeted me with a smile and a handshake and said he always likes it when he is able to get folks things faster than they expect. I actually left there smiling. We used itseasy.com to process our family's visas to Brazil. We are traveling with a minor, which required additional paperwork, so I read all of the information on the Consulate's and Itseasy's website carefully. I was informed about the process. If I encountered any confusion, I knew where to find the answers. I took and processed our visa photos. I used the US Passport Agency's photo template tool to ensure the composition was correct, uploaded them to cvs.com and picked them up and hour later. We completed all of the paperwork (which included notarized forms for the minor) , completed the itseasy online forms, made our online payment and sent a packet containing all four of our visa apps. We received an email 3 days later indicating the paperwork had been received and had begun processing. We received an email a few days ago telling us our visas had shipped. We just received our visas today, 2 weeks and 3 days later, and are very pleased. We had no difficulties. We did not have a rush order, so I can't speak to that process or timing. I know that I would use Itseasy again. Their prices were cheaper than other competitors I reviewed. read more

I really can't think of anything to complain about. I called the customer service number at least 5 times for various reasons, and everytime I spoke with someone incredibly helpful. They truly seemed interested in helping. For example, I realized that after mailing in all the necessary documents to ItsEasy that the current address I put on my Brazil Visa application did not match the current address shown on my state photo ID/Driver's License (which is a problem since they have to determine which consulate to work with). I called the customer service number and they gave me perfect advice. I filled out the visa application again, emailed it to a customer service agent, and without having to sign the document again and/or put up with a huge hassle; the agent found my file and swapped out the visa application before it was sent to the consulate. Problem solved! In fact, if I had to make an effort to complain; I'd say that I probably didn't have to pay for the "Rush" service, because they returned my passport with the new visa even faster than expected. Not kidding. No regrets. I will use them again in the future. read more

You need a visa to enter Brazil. Last week the Brazilian Consulates were closed due to a strike, so I was not able to process through San Francisco. After doing a web search, I found ItsEasy, and they were able to provide visa service through a remaining open consulate in New York. Their 24 hour phone service helped me answer questions regarding my application. I sent all documents to them. They e-mailed me of the document's arrival. At the same time, the Brazilian Consulates re-opened. I phoned ItsEasy to request they send my documents back to me so I could process through San Francisco. They did so expediently, requiring no processing fee! (All I paid was the shipping - which was to be expected.) They refunded my credit card of the visa expenses two days later. I am now writing to say this company was extremely polite on the phone and lived up to how they said the process would work - sending the documents back and refunding the credit card. Yes, it is expensive, but if you need a visa, and you do need one to enter Brazil, this company does the job. It was nice to have such a positive experience! read more

ITS EASY save me from a personal & business disaster, by getting me a Brand new passport in 2 BUSINESS DAYS. That's right, you heard me, in 2 Business days, my international situation was saved by ITS EASY express passport service. I had to make an EMERGENCY trip to Barranquilla Colombia, and I go to the Airport to pick up my physical ticket a few days before. While showing my US passport as my ID, I am advised by the Airline agent, that it expired on my birthday several months prior. Awesome! With only a month and a half left before going to Brazil for the World Cup I needed to get a visa and pronto! At first I was skeptical about going through an agency and sending them my passport by mail, but I am glad I did! I am in SD so the closest Brazilian consulate is in LA. Due to work I did not have the time to drive to LA myself and drop my paperwork and passport in person. It's Easy Passport & Visa Services make it really easy to get your visa. All I had to do was fill out an application online and Fedex it to them along with my passport. I love how they have 24/7 customer service and how they keep you informed of the process of your application by logging in to your account on their website. They also send you an email with the tracking number of your Fedex package once they are done processing the visa. It took around 3 weeks to get my passport back. This is the first review I have ever written on line. I am now packing to go home from our international trip to Canada (which was awesome) and which could not have happened without ItsEasy. I realized my passport was lost the day before my departure, and I live in New Mexico! I called ItsEasy, and they assisted me every step of the way. I ended up calling three times that day, and they answered immediately each time. They were able to help me navigate the replacement process with appropriate documentation, and low and behold my passport arrived at a Midwest hotel even before I had arrived at the hotel, allowing me to cross the border without problems. I was fortunate to have planned a few days travel within the US prior to crossing the border which allowed time. Nevertheless, I discovered my passport missing in New Mexico on a Wednesday, and my new passport was at a rural hotel in Ohio waiting for me on Saturday morning. Thank you, and my family thanks you. The day before I left for a conference in mexico I realized my passport was expired. Since I live close to NYC It's easy said they could get my passport renewed the next day if I was at their office by 7:15. I postponed my trip by one day and took an early train to the city, spent the day there, and they had my passport as promised at 5pm. I called their 24 hour line several times and got quick answers from a real person each time....Maria in particular was very friendly and helpful. The office door was open exactly when they said it would be and everything was very smooth. Also, I was expecting to find some seedy little office, but they have a very professional counter at the American Airways travel agency. Some people may complain that it's expensive, and if you have more than a month there's no reason to use It's easy, but for super quick turn around to fix a big mistake on my part, sometimes you have to pay a premium. read more

I must begin by saying that this is the FIRST time I am writing a review for anything but this company deserves it. I was panicked when my colleague had to pull her passport from the Brazilian Visa process in order to take another international trip and I knew that once she returned to the US we had only a few days to get her Brazilian Visa before we left on the next international trip. After exhausting all other options to expedite the Visa, I heard about Its Easy and called to find out whether they could help. I sent her passport to Its Easy the minute she arrived back in the US. They received it on a Friday morning and had it back in my hands in San Francisco by Tuesday morning. I consider this to be nothing short of a miracle and I have no idea how they managed this when I could not even get an appointment at my own SF consulate within a month. I changed my name on everything as soon as my wedding was over. My husband and I just booked a trip to Jamaica and of course when I checked my passport I never changed that. I didn't have time to mail out for the passport and didn't have the time myself to drive all the way to the agency to change it same day. I google them and even called them before I payed for it and sent everything in. The second time I called I even talked to the owner David and he, and his employees, were soooo friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly and I could even keep track of my passport progress on their website. I would use them again if I ever had to. I want to give this s%#*hole -5*. They are liars and they suck. I had to go to Chinese consulate day before I flew because of their incompetence. Some guy Chris in NY lied to my face and said consulate couldn't process my visa for lack of paper work. He reviewed with me in their building and after asking him 3 times if he was sure everything was ok he without hesitation said yes. Now, 6 days later I am sitting in front of the Chinese consulate in NY doing it myself. DON'T EVER USE THESE IDIOTS. Big waste of money and time. Listen to other reviewers. They are probably minimum wage idiots. It was more like hanging with the homeys when I went there. They were more interested in what they did last might and who they were doing tonight. Again. My clients got to their airport with their 13 year old daughter and older son on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and they realized that their daughter's passport expired. Due to Maria's patience and kindness it all got sorted out today. She walked me through every single step quickly and efficiently because my client had a form to sign and get notarized and had to copy her passport all before the plane took off.. The name states it all... It is easy!!! Sent two passports in for Chinese Visas on June 1st and they were back on June 7th. I was all set to have Visas processed through another company (C**T) until they provided the service price. I was in disbelief of the cost and decided to look around. I found It's Easy through Google search. I had two Visas processed at It's Easy for $200 less than what the other company was asking for one Visa! Wow! I read some of the reviews before submitting and was a little skeptical. There were also a number of favorable reviews so I entrusted It's Easy. I utilized their online chat for a quick question.
