This place saved our family vacation! If you're reading this review, chances are you are like we were and DESPERATE. We noticed one week before our vacation that our daughter's passport expired 2 weeks earlier. My initial thought was no biggie, we have an itinerary; so will go to passport agency to get expedited service. Big problem is that the closest available appointment for us when booking directly with the National Passport Agency was the day before our flight - in Dallas. And we were told there was no guarantee that they could provide passport that day. We booked that appointment anyways and we planned on following up throughout the day with the passport agency for any openings closer to us (we found useless because the phone line was constantly busy). I came across this business by typing "same day passport". Some reviews made me nervous, but I figured based on the more recent reviews worth a shot. I called and Dinesh gave me an overview of required docs and I could come in. He got me an appointment at a post office in Long Island the next day to process the application that I brought back to this business to go to passport agency to actually get passport. There was an issue with one of the documents -not their fault - which delayed our passport by a day, but we got it in time to make our flight. Dinesh kept us posted throughout the morning and helped to make sure we got the result we paid for. It's very expensive - only slightly cheaper than the planned trip for my husband and daughter to go to Dallas for the renewal. Of course, if you are able, make an appointment with the passport agency directly and avoid using a private service, but we found it was not easy, especially being in a rush. We are so grateful to have found this option. I'd recommend this service if you can afford it. Ideally you'd want more than a week to have some wiggle room. read more

Ultimately I received exactly what I was told I would get. I called before coming in on a Monday and was told that if I came in after 11:00am, I could expect a passport by Wednesday at 5:00pm. I went and filled out the form on their computer and got my passport photo taken by them and paid. While the website lists their processing fee as $250, they actually charged $293. Throughout my experience, I received no written confirmation of what I could expect or what the status of my passport was. I called several times and sometimes spoke with a very surly woman who twice gave me the wrong dates on which I could pick up my passport! First she told me Tuesday, then on Wednesday told me there was no way I could expect it on Wednesday and it would be ready on Thursday. I spoke with Raksha Panduia and Nelson Martinez. Raksha assured me verbally that my passport would be available on Wednesday unless they needed more documentation. Nelson was the courier who picked up the passport. He gave me his number and called as soon as he received it. I give this business 3 stars because while they seem unbothered by their poor reputation and the runaround they give clients, they did fulfill their end of the bargain. read more

I had used their services for passport. Male worker who is the owner didn't know the proper websites to apply. I was the one who filled up the forms and he charged $100. Didn't even check the application and it was denied for inaccuracies. I had to go in person to embassy, pay the fees again and apply again. This place is so unprofessional! You pay double the amount than you usually would just for shitty customer service. When you fill out the application, they make you walk to the post office which is a 15 minute walk, For you to wait there for 2 hours+ To then walk back. After that, She informed us to return in 2 days early, We call in advance before heading over and the lady we spoke to wasn't here and we waited for another 2 hours in the office for a man to arrive with our passport. Once 6pm arrived the lady informed us that they were leaving and we would have to wait for him outside - basically kicking us out .... and telling us she'll give us his number. A STRANGER we dont even know. They were very unprofessional, You pay extra to have to do most of the work on your own. It is ridiculous- Save yourself the trouble and go to a postoffice that does passport and pay the extra there, wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE! read more

I am so impressed by the services that were performed by Raksha at Help U Travel. I highly recommend them if you're needing expedited passport/visa services. I went to see her on a Thursday, and she stated she would have my passport by Monday. She was right!! I was told at the Post Office that I probably would not receive my passport card, which I ordered as well, for a few more weeks, that was incorrect, because she had everything, including my original documents. If I could give a negative star I would. I was charged over $600 for a replacement passport as mine was lost in a Lyft. Don't believe the hours. When I arrived there was a line waiting for over an hour. After the female worker had me go get passport photos across the street at Walgreens which were cropped wrong, unusable, I went to the Post Office as instructed. What am I paying $670 for if I am doing all the running around? Then she didn't give me the proper lost passport form, yelled at me, agreed to a refund that never happened. I could go on but I'll finish by saying I got my passport a WEEK later but got charged the same as same day. They take shortcuts that may put you in danger of missing a trip if you need one immediately. I could have bought a plane ticket to Miami, gone to the NATIONAL PASSPORT AGENCY which costs about $200 w/visa same day if you need it. Stay away... or struggle read more
