I'm honestly really disappointed with my experience here. I got my nails and toes done on the 9th and paid for a full set expecting proper nail prep, but my cuticles weren't even cleaned up or trimmed, which is pretty basic for a professional service. Now, not even that long after, one of my nails has already completely popped off like a press-on. That shouldn't be happening, especially when proper prep is supposed to help with retention. I've had my nails done plenty of times and this just didn't feel like quality work. It's frustrating to spend money on something that isn't done thoroughly and doesn't last the way it should. This is the worst pedicure I have ever received. I can't even begin to explain all the things that went wrong and most of them I didn't even notice until I got home. It pains me that I left a tip. All of my toenails are uneven in length she asked if I wanted them cut down and I said yes the toenail polish isn't covering all of my nails and for some strange reason the skin on the bottom of my feet are peeling now. My first experience was really good so I decided to come back a second time. My second time was not as good as my first time though. I wish I would have remember the nail tech I had the first. Probably would have had a better experience coming back. It seemed as if the nail tech I had was not good. The other nail techs around kept watching what she was doing and that should have been a red flag for me. I got gel and you can see each layer that she did. It just doesn't look good. I called around 11:30 to schedule an appointment. Was told to come in at 3pm for a dip mani with tips (and had dip on my nails already, so a soak off). Followed up by making sure I would be done in time for work at 530, "yes". I arrived at 2:55 for my appointment- picked a color. And then was sent to a chair by around 3:02. Yay! I then sat in that chair. With zero service until 3:28. I was going to leave at 3:30 if I still hadn't been acknowledged. At 3:28 a woman came and put foils on my fingers... not filing off the top coat of the dip powder. And then left...... I sat by myself for another 30 minutes. So it is now 3:57 and NOTHING has happened. I was so frustrated. I could have come back if I was told they overbooked or were running behind. I live close by (like 4 minutes away) or gotten a smoothie or anything. Not wasted an hour just sitting. When the tech finally got to do my nails -I presume I was visibly upset, since I watched him start and do an entire dip set after I arrived and then finish before getting to me. By this time I just wanted to get out of there. Didn't get the tips because I was done. The tech RUSHED through the process. I needed a manicure too but that didn't happen and wasn't offered (even though I had requested when making the appointment since I know it's separate and my cuticles needed it). My nails look fine. Not the best, but I've also had worse. I was completely done and out the door at 4:20. So I paid $45 plus tip for less than 20 minutes of service. Just be transparent and tell your clients you're behind. Give them the choice to stay or come back. It was extremely frustrating and then to be rushed when it was finally "my turn". Ugh. I've gone here several times before and had pleasant experiences. But this just ruined the next couple hours for me. I love getting my nails done but I hattteeeedddd being there today. And all I have to say is beware that guy does not know what he's doing I couldn't see my nails that good in the shop but when I went outside in the sun my nails where and are horrible you can see grid under the polish you could see lumps and he filed my nails all uneven. Then to add insult to injury after he was done doing my gel pedicure I asked if they were going to discount my price due to me not getting my foot mask & the guy lied & said he did give it to me. I am not pleased with the quality of work performed. I received a gel manicure but as soon as I finished you could see and feel lumps. When I showed the manager she instructed the technician on how to fix the issue but it was not done in the most pleasant manner. Even after buffing the gel polish down, a coat, I could still see a difference as compared to other times I've received gel manicures at other salons. I also asked for a square shape and my nails are squoval (square+oval). I gave this place a 2 out of 5 stars because the staff was friendly and they attempted to rectify the issue. After a not great first impression (waited 45 minutes for someone to start on my manicure) I'm glad I gave Perfect 10 another chance, because I've been very pleased the last couple of times. My most recent gel manicure by May looks great and didn't take very long. I had gel removed and reapplied for $30. They have spa music playing and a lot of chairs available. Mediocre at best! My nail tech was unavailable but I wanted to get some valentines nails. Me and my friend went last night and are so disappointed. We both came in with clear reference photos(mine below). I wanted to make sure the lady could do the line and she assured me she could and acted very confident. we came far before closing and yet she continued to RUSH! She was all over the place: doing steps out of order, and she even smudged two of the nails and had to redo them. As for the actual nails they are SLOPPY! The tips are WAY THICKER than the picture, the lines are SLOPPY and UNEVEN, the acrylic ISNT SMOOTH, their are parts of my natural nail that she didn't even cover with the acrylic. They don't look terrible from far away but i for these FOR A DATE! I want them off! Again i got these LAST NIGHT, and they look grown out and like they are going to fall off. Not to mention it was $60! At my regular salon I can get this design for $50 (and much much better quality). I wasn't prepared to spend this much so I tipped her $4. When I handed the receipt back she LAUGHED AT ME, and showed it to her coworker. My friend also asked for black and white tips the same length as mine, and the guy filed them down HALF THE LENGTH SHE ASKED FOR (and he cut her too) and hers were $55! They charged her $55 for barely any nail at all! Please don't go here. I want my money back! read more

I had a horrible experience with A Perfect 10. I came in for a pedicure and my nail technician was rushed and in a very unpleasant mood. She put 2 separate colors on my toes because she was so rushed and didn't want to go back and fix it (one color for the bottom coat and a whole separate color for the top coat). It looks like a kindergartener painted my toenails. She also charged me $5 extra to remove my callouses and didn't even remove them. I called to let them know and see if they wanted to know which nail technician did it in hopes of preventing that from happening to future customers. They told me 1) there was nothing they could do to compensate me 2) they didn't care to know which nail technician did such a poor job. I will NOT be going back and will be telling all of my friends the same. read more

Open for business and safe as can be during these crazy COVID times. Perfect 10 has always been super clean and sanitary- but they have really upped the ante now! They have barriers between each of the pedicure chairs to provide separation. Masks are required of patrons and employees. Temperature checks are done for employees and each patron. They have plexiglass shields in between each nail station on each side to protect patrons from each other, and plexiglass shields between the patron and the employees with an area to stick your hands through. As always, they do an excellent job with all of their nail services and are totally committed to customer satisfaction! Prices are great and reasonable. Plus everyone who works there is super nice! This is definitely the "go to" nail salon in Greenville. They are committed to quality and service and it shows! read more

I usually don't leave bad reviews, but I was very disappointed with my experience here. I called ahead of time to make sure they weren't too busy and I still felt like the service was rushed. The shape of my nails was uneven, he talked me out of the design I wanted, and the gel polish wasn't cured all the way. I had to fix one myself with regular nail Polish the next day because it peeled off, and five days later they're chipping on my other nails. I like to book my appointments with the owner, and I schedule my appointments every three weeks. On the day of my appointment, I found out it had been canceled. I called the owner and told her that my confirmation told me my appointment was canceled. She did not acknowledge it, apologize, or even lie and say there must have been a mix up. She just told me I could come at 6:30pm. She was only one who could canceled my appointment. She canceled it and gave it to someone else and didn't care at all. I think that it was rude and very unprofessional. It shows that she favors clients. I decided to get my nails done with someone else, and the girl cut me 4 different times and made me bleed, and my nails looked awful. I will never go there again. read more

It was my first time here and I had a basic manicure. The shape of my nails are okay but the nail polish had lines and streaks - I told the person doing my nails and she said it'll go away when it dries but it didn't. Overall it was done very quickly but I'm glad they at least had dividers for each of the stations and hand sanitizers available throughout the salon. read more

I got my nails done here on Saturday and they turned out good but they were done so thin. I got a full set of acrylic so normally if they're thin, they're gonna break very easily. Today not one but two of them broke and I wasn't doing anything rough with them. But I'm very upset that I payed $80!! For the most simple design I've ever gotten. I also spent an additional $28 for my pedicure which by the way, wasn't very good either. Yes they were very nice people but the after quality wasn't so great. Also the lady that did my acrylic nails did them in a way I've never seen and I don't do nails but I know that it wasn't supposed to be done the way she did them. I went to perfect 10 on a last Friday afternoon and they weren't too busy. I made an appointment for a mani pedi and when he sat me down in the chair he made me wait 15 minutes. Okay I get it you might be running behind. When he started on my nails he was rushing to be done with me that I felt he didn't do a great job. I did gel on my nails and it only took him 10 minutes. That was annoying but okay I guess you got the job done. The lady who did my feet was kind and sweet. Took her time. I thought they came out great until that night when I showered my GEL nail polish was coming off of my toes! They of course are closed on Sundays. When I went Monday afternoon I got the same guy who did my nails to fix my toes and again he rushed the process. When he finished them they were lumpy!
