There weren't a lot of people working when my daughter and I came in for pedicures, but we were still seated quickly and allowed to soak our feet. The pedicure experience was thorough. I like that they placed my foot on a block when scrubbing rather than forcing me to hold it up. It makes a difference! Polish was applied neatly. I've been so disappointed lately with the quality of the pedicures that I was paying good money for (barely scrubbing and charging $5 extra for "callouses" that I don't have) that I've considered just doing pedis myself. Avoid this place, SERIOUSLY... I walked-in for a mani-pedi at 6:15 yesterday evening. I sat in the pedi chair, feet wet, for 40 minutes before someone was available. Luckily I wasn't in a hurry so I stayed patient. Now this was my first time here, and maybe I just got the worst technician in there, but this would rate in my top 5 worst mani/pedi experiences ever. The tec. started on my feet, pretty sure she didn't push any cuticle back and was looking at the door and other customers instead of paying attention to my feet, which was extremely bothersome. The cut and file were not even, but I'm not one to complain. Next was the horrific nail experience. The cut was fine but I'm pretty sure a 2 year old could "color inside the lines better." Not only was it horribly uneven, the color I chose was low, so she dumped an insane amount of nail polish remover in, which made the polish very thin. You can actually see my nail bed in places through orange nail polish! She added her final touch of top coat which she put on only 1/3 of my nail....My cuticles look awful too, I can't believe I spent my hard earned money on this experience. read more

When I came in they tried three times to get me to get gel instead of next gen. When they finally agreed to do next gen she instead i get tips. After saying no three times she started. Manicure was terrible very inefficient. There was a lot of skin and cuticles left. Polish looks bad. They were short with me and rude. I was given no lotion when I was done I would have even have rubbed it in myself! I'll attach a photo of my dry skin. Definitely not going back there. read more

The problem with this salon is that the quality completely depends on the employee. I have had great gel nails done by some and then terrible experiences with others. One employee spent my entire manicure on the phone with customer service for hpersonal laptop. He had an entire personal conversation for over 40 minutes, stopping multiple times during my manicure to trouble shoot his computer while on the phone. Took over 90 min to get a simple gel manicure with all the stopping. He also used the wrong color but I couldn't even get his attention as he was on the phone. I continue to use this salon over all others simply because they are the best. There are many different salons to choose from in this area and I have been to a few. I got lucky when I purchased a home close to this shop about 2 years ago and on my third look for someone to manicure my nails, I found Mani Pedi and have never looked any further. They offer competitive pricing, lots of color choices, and have wonderful, sometimes much "kneaded" pedicure chairs. The place is clean and tidy. The staff always makes time for me when I bring friends or family and they are very friendly. There's a good vibe in the store. I never feel uncomfortable or judged because I'm dressed down or I'm having a bad hair day. Once and a while I find some spare time to get my nails or toes shaped up and call for an appointment on really short notice. Honestly, looking back, I can't think of a time when they've ever said "no, too busy for you", they always fit me in, even thou they are plenty busy... that's pretty epic. They would not let me even sit down. whats the point on having a neon sign that says walkins welcome??? anyway i parked in front of theyre shop and it said 15 minute parking. MY CAR WAS TOWED! i only went to the grocery store. im pretty sure they did it on purpose (and ive seen them park their own cars infront before - like who does that with their own business) never in my life will i go here again! read more

This place was just bad. Like Krystal previously said, the woman was looking at other things the whole time I was getting my manicure. I got a gel manicure ($35) that is supposed to last 3 weeks. It's been one week and it's chipping. I do work at a computer, so it's not like I'm washing dishes and scrubbing them off. She cut into my finger during the cuticle trim, and it bled. A lot. I asked about a design, but they have no example booklet. She told me she just thinks of something on the fly. Who would want that? Also, terrible job "staying in the lines". There is polish on my cuticles. I could do a better job, but I'm not the one claiming to be professional. read more
