This is about a company that would rather get a short term $1500 from a group of traumatized parents in Kirkwood (my family being one of them that was at THE SHOOTING!!) then have compassion, do the right thing, and be an empathetic member of the Missouri community. So, great, you'll disregard the feelings of those scheduled to go on this tour, you'll forego working with us to re-schedule a time when we are feeling better about being social, you'll think about $1500 instead of human lives messed up by a shooter around kids. How might this have gone instead? You might have understood that there was a group of folks who today needed to be with their kids and families. You might have HELPED them by allowing them to defer their social time together to a point in time when they felt better. You might have actively SUPPORTED the parents and their community through social media and communications and gained both social good will and the respect of other patrons. What do you get instead? She was fun, kind, safe and flexible. The party bus was very clean and had plenty of room. The built-in coolers and trash collection were a bonus. It was the best way to travel around St. Louis for a celebration. Excellent experience! Our driver, Richard, arrived 15 minutes early and politely waited outside while we finished up dinner and got our coats on. He was dressed in a coat and tie and had impeccable manners. He even made sure that we knew were the controls were for radio/heat/lights, etc. We rented the stretch Denali to take our kids and grandkids through Tilles Park, to see the Christmas lights. They even accommodated the two car seats we needed for the littles ones. This is the SECOND year we've done this and we will continue to do it. Everyone has a great time and we don't have to worry about traffic. I hardly ever write reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I gave an 8th birthday party for my daughter and her friends. It was on a Monday for 4 hours. The driver was on time and got us where we needed to go but acted as if she did not want to be there. There were 15 adorable sweet girls and she never said hi to them or acted friendly at all -didn't even wish the 2 birthday girls a happy one. Anyway-the girls had chips during the ride (which is allowed) and of course like all kids ...they left crumbs. At the end of the ride (which we purposefully stopped 30 min early) the 3 adults offered to clean up. The driver (Ashly) said no and had me quickly sign that the ride was complete and rushed away. The next day -I got an email telling me that I owed a $200 cleanup fee for the crumbs. I told them about how the 3 of us offered to clean up and could have vacuumed it up in less than 10 minutes but they charged my credit card!! Unless u plan to not move, breathe, eat or drink during your ride...I suggest you use another company. This one is a joke!! read more

What a horrible experience. We rented a limo in an afternoon time slot because it was a 30th birthday party and we all like to be in bed by 9PM. Our time slot was 2PM-6PM and our driver showed up late, which for a four hour slot isn't really acceptable, especially when he wouldn't let us make that time up at the end of the trip. The driver had HORRIBLE customer service and wasn't very nice the whole time, seemed in a bad and cranky mood like he didn't want to be there. He had absolutely no patience for us. Every time we asked to go to the next place, it was a burden. We all dreaded talking to him. At one point, he stopped the limo, turned everything off, and screamed at us for vaping (with no prior warned and it wasn't in the contract), then proceeded to leave everything off for about 5 minutes. It wasn't pleasant. I was completely sober, as well as the person who had rented the limo, and I have to say I've been in MUCH rowdier groups where the customer service still stayed top notch. If he didn't want to deal with people drinking, they should have a no alcohol clause so that groups like ours know not to rent with this company. We did all the proper things such as clean it when we left to where it looked like we were never in it, we didn't even use glasses, and we even tipped him extra when he definitely didn't deserve it and a tip was included in our contract. Luckily, our group was drinking and having a good time and could ignore the driver, but he definitely put a damper on a couple of ours experiences. We purchased their T-12 Party Bus, which is supposed to carry 23-28 passengers. First off, luckily we only had 16 people in our group because the bus would probably only carry 18-20 unless you wanted to stand up, which I DO NOT recommend. Secondly, the bus was filthy. Upon walking in the bus you can see grass all over the floor, bottle caps in the cup holders and the ice was VERY dirty. We reached in to pull out drinks and would have specs of dirt on our hands. Lastly, the bus broke down on our way home. It stalled a couple times and the driver was able to get it running, but it finally died completely about 1/2 mile from our drop-off point. We were supposed to be taken to another location, but they failed to meet that part of our contract. We had to walk to our cars at night in downtown St. Louis. No transportation was offered and no refund was offered. We had to call the next day and argue to get $77 refunded. DO NOT hire this company. read more

So I hate to give this company a bad review, because I had two good friends that used them and had absolutely no problems. They are also used by a lot of people looking for the big, grand vehicles at a lower price. All I have to review them on was an experience I had about a month ago. I was invited on a wedding party bus as the wife of a groomsman. First of all, the vehicle was too small for all of us. This could be all on the bride and groom's (or their parents') decisions, or it could be all on the company. I know some limo services are not up front about how big of a vehicle you REALLY need. An 18 passenger party bus does NOT fit 18 adults in formal attire in the summer (especially if you have bags, coolers, etc). Remember that anywhere you go. My main beef with A Perfect Touch is that it was a sweltering June day in St. Louis, and the AC wasn't working. Air was blowing, but it wasn't cold. You'd think this would be something that would have been checked to begin with. Everyone was just trying to deal, but when the wedding party got off the bus for pictures, I turned to the driver and told him that the AC was definitely not working. He suggested drawing the shades. Umm, yeah, that's just going to stop it from getting even hotter. He also said it should cool faster while driving, so we took a lap around the block. No dice. I think it needs cool air to begin with. Finally, I was blunt and asked if he could call the office to see if another vehicle with functioning air could meet us. His reply was that it "would take a long time". Seriously...your office is just off McDonnell and 270, we were at Keiner Plaza, and we still had an hour or so to go on pictures. It wouldn't take THAT long. He did get off the bus and make a phone call. Didn't know if he called the office or even just pretended to make a phone call to anyone just to escape my questioning. I doubt he ever called the office and didn't say anything one way or the other after the phone call. The only thing that saves this company from 1 star is that we did use them for a limo to the ceremony for the guys (we used BEST Transportation for 3 other vehicles). They are one of the only companies in the area with reasonable prices on hourly contracts. According to the guys, everything went well. read more

I had a really good experience with A Perfect Touch Limo and our driver "Casual". First, I went price shopping for several weeks prior to booking a limo to take 18 passengers around to the wineries in Augusta, MO area. A.P.T. Limo was the most reasonably priced of the 4 or 5 different companies that I reached out to. Second, on the day of service, our limo driver was prompt (early actually) and patient as we all got ready and headed out the door. Very professional and easy going. I had sent ahead a listing with addresses of the places we were going and he had already mapped them out without having to ask any questions of us. He was always waiting on us hand and foot to make sure we had a pleasant experience. Our day with him was 9 hours long and it was very positive. He ended each winery by taking our group photo for us. Wish we had thought about taking one with him! Last, on the way back, he avoided some major traffic, got us back right on time. It took 10 minutes to do a basic clean of the limo, I signed the final paperwork and we were on our way. This company really did a phenomenal job on my wife's 30th bday. I wish I didn't have to give this company a star. I rented this party bus for my 21st birthday. I did it with a very good friend of mine. My friend Alex and I were one of the LAST people to turn 21 in our friend group. We were so excited because everyone could get into a bar. This is what we'd been waiting for!!! Alex and I introduced ourselves to our driver, and who wasn't very friendly at the time whatever it was late... (we blew it off). The first stop went smoothly, however I had asked him next to go to "Honky Tonk Joint" which was a new bar. I had the directions on my phone and he told me "no no I got it, it does not exist. " refused to take my phone when I had the address. I caved and told him to take us to wheelhouse. We got yelled at as all of us were walking off the bus to calm down or he would leave the boys in stl... he had the window up that separated my friends and him so I do not understand how he threatened "the boys" or saw that anyone was going crazy. None of my friends wanted to go to wheelhouse and stayed on the bus because we had all been looking forward to the new bar. We went in super quick and came out because we hate that we didn't get to party with our friends. We ended an hour early because we were tip toeing around our bus driver, trying to not make him mad. On the way home 3 of my friends were standing up and he slammed on the breaks... sending them flying to the back of the bus. By that time all of us were scared for our safety that someone we trusted to drive us, while we were drinking, put our lives in danger.... we emailed company and told them our concerns but were given NO compensation because one of our members apologized for being rowdy... that's called class. A party bus was a last minute decision for our wedding day and we booked with A Perfect Touch Limousine a week before the I DO! They still had a 16-18 passenger party bus available for us which was awesome and very spacious for our 15 wedding day attendants, ushers, and photographers along with the bride and groom. Ronnie (female) was an amazing, amazing driver and so calm and flexible. She helped me, the bride, in many ways throughout the journey. She knew how to get us close to our desired photography destinations and in a quick and safe manner. Finally, when I, the bride, needed to use the restroom prior to the ceremony and I couldn't leave the party bus; Ronnie drove me to a hotel that was close and lead me and my day of help to the right place inside. She got me back in more than enough time before the I DO! I would recommend this company again and will use them again when needed. I will, without a doubt, request Ronnie when I do! Absolute worst experience I could have had for a 21st birthday. Do not use this company because you could potentially get the bus driver I received. From the beginning he was rude and acted like he didn't want to be there. When asking him to drive from Ballpark Village to a place called "Honkey Tonk Joint Game 6" he refused even though we had an address because he had never heard of it. He told me the "boys were too rowdy and shaking the bus" then followed up with threatening to leave us in STL. I have been on much crazier party buses with more patient drivers. On our way home he would hit the brakes and send everyone flying on purpose along with turning the lights, music, and air conditioning off. I rented the bus from 8pm-1am and ended up cutting my losses at midnight due to the driver being so rude and difficult to deal with. We were a family group of 7 adults wanting to enjoy adult beverages and a comfortable ride through the St. Louis area Christmas light displays. I was hesitant based on some previous reviews but they offered the best price for the amount of time and I had a good phone interaction with Jeff. Our driver, who's name I forgot, was an older gentleman who called upon arrival, 15 minutes early. He waited for us to finish up dinner, I did the paperwork with him and we pulled away just as our time was to start. Our driver was awesome! He accommodated our several bathroom breaks and used his life long knowledge of St. Louis to get us in and out using some "short cuts". He held the doors open for us upon getting in and out and had a friendly, holiday temperament, we had fun chatting with him. Limo was older but they provided everything they said and everything (radio, inner lights, heat etc) worked. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I just got married in June 2012, and we used A Perfect Touch for our transportation service. Before the wedding, I sent a DETAILED email giving exact addresses of where we would be driving to/from, as well as the time that we would need to be there. One of the spots that was on my list was my father's grave. I SPECIFICALLY stated that I wanted a very quick stop (no more than 10 minutes) just to take a private picture. So my wedding day arrives, and the bus picks us up, we get to the church, etc. When we were finished at the church, we were to be dropped off next at Forest Park for approximately 2 hours for more pictures. It was 90 degrees, and the driver left the bus running the entire time that we were at Forest Park (I can't say for sure if he left it running for the 1.5 hours we were at the church, but it was still on before I walked inside at the start of the ceremony). When we were loading back into the bus, there was no music. I asked the driver to please fix this, as I didn't know why our music wouldn't play. He told me "PRESS THE POWER BUTTON." My entire wedding party took turns trying to figure out what the problem was. Because we paid a LOT of money for the service, I asked the driver to fix this. We was obviously irritated and complained that he was going to have to pull over to look at it. We stopped, he took ONE LOOK AT IT, and stated, "I don't know what's wrong with it. It won't work." We continued onto our next stop (the cemetery). About 10 minutes after we left Forest Park, I noticed that it was really hot on the bus. I asked the driver to turn the AC up, as it was super hot and we were all sweating. THEN I was informed that the bus was "losing power," and that we didn't have any air conditioning anymore. I was visibly upset, considering it was my WEDDING DAY. With frustration in my voice, I yelled to the driver from the very back of the bus that this was absolutely ridiculous, and that he needed to fix this. I was then told by the driver that we needed to go straight to the reception without stopping at the cemetery because 'we might get stranded.' I asked what 'losing power' even meant, but I was never given an explanation as to what exactly was wrong with the bus. I informed the driver that we would still be stopping at my father's grave, as I would forever regret not taking this picture, and that we would be there for no more than 10 MINUTES. And, just for reference, the cemetery was directly on the route to our reception venue. It was literally just a turn off of the highway into the parking lot. I got my picture, and before I got back on the bus, the bus driver told me that they were going to have to send another bus to pick us up, as they weren't even sure if that bus could finish the remaining 10 minutes of or trip to the reception. We made it there, all of us covered in sweat and all of our flowers wilted from the heat. At the end of the night, I was informed that we had a another bus to drive us back to the hotel. When we arrived, I got out of the bus and noticed the driver looking down at the ground on the opposite side of the bus. No apology, no thank you... NOTHING. The very next day, I emailed the owner and told him what a terrible experience this was and that I expected a partial refund. About a week later, I got an email response with an apology. He said he would look into it and get back with me. A few days go by and I get ANOTHER email from him, but this email was written in a very different tone. Jeff accused ME of being unreasonable about the air conditioning and that it wasn't their fault the bus was losing power. The driver complained to him that I was rude and yelled at him when I was told that the bus was failing. He also said that I demanded to make the 'EXTRA stop' (this was a PLANNED stop) and that I ignored the driver when he told me we couldn't stop because we were likely going to get stranded. Then, he stated that he spoke with a florist and that it would have been impossible for my flowers to have wilted in the 'short amount of time' that we were without air conditioning. I was SHOCKED AND APPALLED. I WAS THE CUSTOMER, AND THE BRIDE. And he had the nerve to accuse me of being the problem. And the driver even said that he apologized for all of the problems with the bus as I was leaving, but that I 'completely ignored' his apology. I was told that I would receive a refund for the "20 minutes without air conditioning." 20 MINUTES? That was absurd. In my response email, I told him that the last stop that I had 'demanded' we still stop at was no EXTRA stop. It was a stop that was planned far in advance, AND that it was a stop at my own dad's grave. I have never, EVER been spoken to as a customer like this. It was MY WEDDING. DON'T EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I only booked this company because they were willing to work with me on a price because I was booking the limo for 12 hours. WHAT A MISTAKE. read more

We booked the holiday lights tour. 1. The limo was HOT. In December. Even with the heat off. Even when we turned the A/C on. We spoke to the driver and he stated some mechanical setting they change in the winter time and there was nothing that could be done. We had to drive with the windows down the entire time and it was still hot. And I'm one of those people who is always cold! 2. Part of the tour was the brewery. Turns out the drive through portion is closed most days of the week this year (this was a Friday) and the company never confirmed that it was open. It's their holiday light tour...they might want to check these things each year. 3. The 3rd stop (1st was Tillis Park, which was great) was Market Street. There is almost NOTHING on Market Street. At least not where he took us. City Garden had some lights but really not much. 4. After all this, we suggested Candy Cane Lane as we still had 45 minutes and we were just blocks from there. The driver said it took him a good hour last time. Now, someone who knows how to provide customer service would probably offer to just do it anyway, considering 1, 2 and 3 above. But no. All in all, I still had a good time with my friends, because we always have a good time. But I do want to save others from this limo company. read more

Didn't get the limo we asked for, driver was rude, dropped us off with an hour and a half left and tried to get us to sign some waiver so he could go home (and since the gratuity is "paid at the start", we couldn't get it back) . . . $65 for gratuity on a really bad job, and limo company didn't respond to email complaints or even care to listen to our issues or frustrations. My friends and I were very excited for a party bus after a special occasion this past weekend. They ended up giving us the wrong bus that was very small for the amount of people we had. The driver brought her friend on the bus with her. She was a very bad driver and drove us to very suspicious places. She took us to gas stations that did not even have bathrooms. About seven months ago I went out for a birthday party which was using perfect touch for their limo service. They ordered a Chrystler 300 stretch limo and received a lincol stretch. No discount was offered or given for showing up with the wrong car. Fast forward to the weekend of Feb 10, aka my girl friends birthday. I had planned for perfect touch to pick us up with a... Yes that's right, a Chryslter 300 stretch to take us around for the night, starting at 6 p.m. When 6:03p.m. rolled around and no limo I called PT and asked where the limo was. The guy said he would call the driver, find out where he was, and let me know. 15 min later I! had to call THEM back just for him to tell me that the driver had thought the pick up had been cancelled. So A) why didn't you call me back and tell me that and B) how does a driver get an idea that a pick up is cancelled when payment was just confirmed the night before? So then the guy asks me if I would like for him to try and find another driver for me... Well seeing how the whole night was suppose to be a surprise party for the gf and the limo was suppose to take the party around to a few different locations I said yes. The short of it was this... We were picked up in guess what? A Lincol town car stretch. Which picked us up at the restaurant we were at. By the way, I had to ruin the surprise of the limo and drop the gf off at the door of the restaurant (cold outside), where her friends met her and I had to miss the surprise, instead of the limo dropping us off and us walking in together. After all said and done they charged us $306 instead of $408, giving us only a one hour discount. Even though, Jeff said they gave us two hours free, but the deal was buy four hours get the fifth hour free. I would never recommend this company to anyone and will tell everyone who I hear talking about getting a limo to stay WAY away from this company. They don't care about ruining someone's birthday and show no remorse after they do. read more

We rented This company for our wedding on 11-24-12, I called in about 4 months in advance and talked with Jeff the GM, he sent me the contract, I filled it out and sent it back and he called to confirm everything was in place. I called a few days before our wedding to confirm and got Jeff again and he said everything was in place and wished me good luck. On the mourning of the wedding the Limo Bus showed up and it was a girl driver by the name of Ronnie, she was fantastic, helped us carry our belongings out to the Limo and took care of the rest of the day. The only way 28 people are getting on their 24-28 passenger "T-15" model bus is if 10 people surf on the roof. That's not even the worst complaint I have. The bus we took out got into an accident (which by the way was our bus driver's fault) and left us stalled in a bad part of St. Louis for 2 hours. Not only did it completely throw off our plans, but it also shaved 45 minutes off the time we were supposed to have the bus rented. The only compensation they even remotely considered was refunding the missed 45 minutes, a far cry from we thought was fair considering our night was ruined after our bus driver hit someone. I "reserved" a party bus weeks before my prom. I was told I would receive an email regarding details and price, even though I had already given the times/credit card number. I received no such email, and I had to call the company only to find out LESS THAN A WEEK before prom that we had no reservation at all. Even though I had given the company a phone number, email address, times, a date, and a credit card number, I had nothing. Worst experience imaginable. Started off with the bus being almost 30 minutes late to arrive (This didn't even bother me in comparison). I'm not sure the bus driver could have been more unprofessional. By the way, she was not listed as one of the bus drivers on the companies page. As soon as we sat down, she got on board with us and began by yelling to "Shut the **** up" and that she "would not put up with any bull****, "would leave our a$$." It was a little awkward and very humiliating, as this should be a professional. She also complained to a friend that she did not want to be here, because she only made 8 f****** dollars an hour. I cannot even fathom telliing that to a customer at my work. She then pulled me aside to tell me that the 120 dollar tip I had given her in cash was not in fact her tip. I was extremely confused because I had been told over and over again what I owed for the tip (apparently, in the end, she was misinformed about the tip as this was in fact her tip- 20% of the cost). Meanwhile, she pulled me aside at every stop to "explain" to me that her tips are taxed, and she would be lucky to receive $95 dollars of the $120 tip (still I think that's a decent tip? after all, we are all taxed). It was very awkward and again, embarrassing. Overall, I'd say I spent close to an hour of my supposed to be 4.5 hours talking to her about her income and being harrassed about the tip. (literally, I heard everrrything. From her other job, to how early she has to get up, to her pay). All during the time I should have been enjoying. Next part of the nightmare arrives when... someone pukes on the bus. Yes, annoying, I know. She had my card, I expected to be charged $200 for the incident. I knew this. Okay. Fine. I was paid this charge by the person himself the next morning, so no big deal. However, she then pulled me aside again on the bus and asked me "Do you see any damage?" No, I didn't. I looked. Again she asked, and I said "No." She says "Exactly, that's why I'm not going to charge you the $200. Look your standing on the spot he puked, no stains. Nothing" Instead, she said "every person who gets back on this bus will pay you X amt of dollars to get back on. I didn't understand what she meant by giving me money, so I figured if nothing else, I'd give it right back to them or just pay for everyone. Then my friend who was trying to help me take care of everything because he knew what a miserable time I was having, tried to step in to take care of it. She then proceeded to yell in his face that "this is not his f****** bus." She then proceeded to explain to him that she would not charge me the $200 since there was no apparent damage, she would not need to report anything. Instead, she explained that everyone would give her $X to get back on the bus. I then realized she was asking for essentially another $240 tip by the time it panned out (on top of her $120 tip already given to her). I was literally is DISBELIEF. I did not feel comfortable asking my guests to put in more money, as the cost each paid was supposed to (and was) already including the tip. I told her this, and she proceeded to say that those who would not pay would not get back on the bus (she claimed she was trying to "help me" so I wouldn't get charged the $200 fine). But since we decided to take cabs back rather than pitch in for a $240 additional tip, she had my account charged the $200. That is considered extortion. Saying that if I give her a $240 tip, she will "ignore" the incident? In the end, we took several cabs back. I woke up early the next morning to take care of this, as I assumed the company would be horrified to hear of our experience. Instead, they saw nothing wrong with the situation. I cannot say that I have ever written a negative review, but this entirely deserved it. Had it not been for the miserable driver, we would have enjoyed a nice evening. I have every intention of working towards a refund for my disatisfaction. I sincerely hope this company can be as professional as they claim to be, and will work with me on the situation. read more

I booked with A Perfect touch Limo on Dec 17 my Event was Dec. 23, 2016, They processed my card payment on December 21, the driver arrived early and it was going to be a night of fun for my 50th Birthday. I had 25 women, they were on the bus and the driver told my husband that we needed to pay. he said their records didn't show that I paid???? WTH!!! He was on the phone the manager but we couldn't talk to manager and I pulled up my account to show the driver bit he wouldn't look at it. He told us we would have to pay him $600 CASH plus run my card again, REALLY!!! He wasn't trying to hear us, so needless to say everyone had to get off the bus after going back and forth for Almost 30min. I called the office,no answer, the next day no answer. They had released my funds back into my account, and I finally spoke with the young lady that finalized my contract and guess what she now has amnesia. I don't know what this was about but I'm posting my reviews!!!! My 50th Birthday thanks to them was in tears!!!! read more
