So that means no one got a free blue cards jersey for the giveaway( ran out) Then when the game was over driver was late again picking us up because he was stuck in traffic we were all outside sweating to death waiting for a long while. Wow! This was quite the experience! Spent last night on the STL Road Pony for a friend's b-day and it was a blast! It's a rehabbed school bus, painted blue and pimped out on the inside. Stripper pole and strobe lights included:) The bus can fit between 15-20 people inside with room to move around. We all took a turn (guys and girls) working the pole while we traveled from one dive bar to the next. And trust me, we needed a DD. If you are going out for a special occasion with a big group, I would recommend a ride on the STL Pony Bus. Our driver was super cool and kept us safe (and entertained) the entire evening! read more

When our original transportation company canceled within 24 hours of our wedding, STL Road Pony stepped up and got us a bus to transport our guests to all of the venues. Greta was AMAZING!! The only good thing about our night was our driver Tee. This takes days to get back to you or respond to anything. They waited til 30 mins before the bus was coming to tell us there was an issue with our bus and then DOWNGRADED us to a smaller and older bus and didn't offer a refund or anything at all. I will not consider any other company. We had yet another great Pole Crawl with STL Road Pony "Clyde"...unforgettable. Bus driver, Rick, is the best. We hope to have him again. The added a few new features to "Clyde" like the camera to the back of the bus. More of a feature for the bus driver but the girls and I noticed how nice it was to have and be able to see. My wife and I got married last June 2017 so we knew it would be hot. We did our research on various transportation options for our wedding party during pictures and it seemed like Stl Road Pony was the best option. They advertised air conditioned buses which is exactly what we needed in St Louis in the middle of summer. The bus did not have a/c. There was at best a steady stream of room temp air from the blower, but definitely no a/c. Huge let down to say the least on our wedding day. Also not fun riding around in a sauna in dresses and suits. At least they ended up refunding us 40%. read more

HORRILE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! This is the first company I have dealt with when renting a party bus and I have to say that eventhough the buses look amazing their customer service SUCKS!!! I called to book for my bachelorette/bachelor party 3 weeks out. They told me they had one bus left for that evening and that there was some interest in the bus and if I wanted to rent it I would need to get the contract in along with the deposit. I decided to book with them 2 days later, called and verified that the bus was STILL AVAILABLE BEFORE I sent the contract and deposit in. I was told IT WAS still available, so I sent the contract and money and was excited that we finally booked a bus. Invitations went out people were RSVP'n and the next thing I know 5 DAYS LATER I get a call from the guy in the office saying that someone else got their contract in RIGHT BEFORE me and that the bus was not available. REALLY!?!?!?! So now I'm left with NO BUS with 30 people coming to ride on a bus...thanks Road Pony for ruining our special day!!!! Also, it was a pain in the butt to even try and book with this company. I tried emailing with no response, then proceeded to call the 888 number listed on their website, to which it rang and rang and rang and then finally a recorded message came on to tell me to get on their website and email them, talk about a run around. So I emailed them AGAIN and put 2nd request and finally the gentleman in the office calls me back...maybe if they would have responded the first time I contacted them I wouldn't have had to worry about someone else JUST GETTING their contract in before me...it would've been booked a week earlier. Not to mention when I was on the phone with the office, the gentleman appeared to be VERY UNORGANIZED. I called back to make sure he received my faxed contract and it took him quite some time to locate it and I could hear him sorting through a lot of paperwork. Considering I had just sent it 5 minutes prior to the phone call you would think it would be right there. I even went as far as asking him if I was first in line because I knew he had mentioned first come first serve and he told me he hadn't received any other contracts on that bus and that he would be calling me that Thursday or Friday before we had the bus to go over details....VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! When I asked for the owners name and phone number he told me it was Jim and to email the company...the SAME address that I got NO RESPONSE from initially, so I asked for a phone number...guess what?!?!?! YEP got the same 888 number that's on the website. Called it and low and behold NO ONE answered and it told me to email them!!!!!!!! This company really needs to get their stuff together as far as customer service is concerned...I will NEVER book with them now, too bad we were also looking for transportation for our wedding... read more
