I was referred by others to go in typical basic pedicure for a guy last about 35 minutes. When I got home, the first thing I was asked 'did you enjoy your drink' I was like 'what drink'... I came in the morning but was not offered a mocktail, water, soda or champagne mimosa... My final results for my pedicure were ok. I feel like there could have been a better job or closer attention to Details around the feet and it felt like everything was timer based. I did enjoy the ambience, the decor and the staff was very friendly and I might return, but I think I'm gonna explore a few other places. To see what similar offerings are moving forward.

I was able to get both service done at the same time! Trish was the nail technician that did my gel builder refill and Kim was the nail technician who did my pedicure. One thing I realized was "safety & quality over cheapest price" My first round Stacy set true EXPECTATIONS with me since I had NO BUTT ANYWHERE. Let's say she exceeded my expectations on the first round!! My butt went from flat to big and natural!! She makes sure she does what she needs to do for the fat that is transferred to live and I retained 85-90% of fat from the 1st round!! She is always on call for you and checks on you daily after procedure. I've never felt more safe with a doctor before being so scared to doing a BBL in general as a single mother. During the consultation I was of course asked for my medical history which I provided I let them know I had fibromyalgia at that time. (it is not the owner or the manager in the room with you during the initial consultation, so they are not fully aware of the information provided) I also opened an account through cherry which is a financial institution The Glow Method is affiliated with in order to pay for the procedure per their options. I scheduled my procedure for about 4 months in advance. I made several on time payments as directed. At my Pre-Op appointment I went in and discussed the procedure with Eliza and she advised me against the procedure due to my Fibromyalgia and how much it would hurt, which I was very grateful that she let me know at the time. (When I mentioned this to the manager later on, she brushed it off and stated she wasn't aware that this was the reason for my cancellation ) So I asked Eliza if I could cancel and get a refund for what I've paid into the procedure and she said it would be no problem. Well.. it was a problem. The Glow Method ended up refunding Cherry only a partial payment and they kept the rest around $1500. After several weeks of going in circles with Amber the manager, I was basically told nothing could be done to refund anything else as the Cherry account was closed and they were keeping the deposit of 20% of the total $7,500 which I was not informed about in any consultation (read the fine print ladies) Amber kept having me track her down to figure out what was going on which was incredibly frustrating. She just kept saying she's working on it... If she knew they were keeping the money, then why have me go in circles trying to contact them to follow up? The "transparency" they claim to have was not coming through. I guess the company must be in dire need in order to keep that much money for absolutely no services provided. At one point Amber even mocked and said, "well what do you want me to do give you a check? we don't have checks here at the office haha." This happened to a friend of mine a few years back where they also kept her $2000 cash and wouldn't refund it and that was not 20% of her total. (I had hoped I wouldn't go through the same thing I guess) So if you plan on getting a procedure of this magnitude keep in mind that you will lose any money you have paid into the procedure if you need to cancel, even if you were advised to do so.... This was an incredibly expensive "consultation" I guess I donated to a poor pathetic cause. Ladies there are so many other places to receive these types of services. Don't risk this amount of money on a company that responds in this manner when something comes up.. especially a medical reason. You just never know what can happen by the time your procedure arrives and you may need to cancel, you don't want to lose that much money.

The only downside from my experience was that Rambha answered a phone call during my session and proceeded to converse for the next 5-10-ish minutes while leaving me to just hang out. I thought that was kind of unprofessional, but it wasn't a deal breaker cuz I'll be back. Plus, if going back means the possibility of seeing this guy I saw there in his two-sided puss n' boots t-shirt again, I'm so there. Note: Rambha only takes cash or check, but she prefers cash (who doesn't?). Once you enter the salon, be sure to walk down the hallway to the left because that's where Rambha's little section sits. You can try to follow the instructions upon walking into the salon by using the electronic registering service, but I did, and it did nothing. I just waited until Rambha came out to get coffee and just happened to ask if I was waiting for something. We all got pedicures and then I got the gel x nail manicure. My girls flew in from out of state and were enjoying the royal treatment. There are so many pedi options and they are all great. My cousin got the pamper me, one friend got the CBD volcano (which is the same I did), and one got the ultimate. For the level of treatment you get, the place is really well priced! I can't tell you how happy I was to see that they use individually packaged pumice stones and had the tools in the sanitizer. That alone sells me on coming back! Then you add that they truly pamper you while you're here with drinks made on site, a heated lavender wrap around your neck, and next level massage chairs, and I'm totally making this my new spot! Wendy did a fantastic job helping me pick out a color to match my dress for the event, and worked with me to get the nails shaped perfectly (I normally do square but I wanted to try longer and more almond for my party).
