But after not receiving any response and by then late for pickup time I decided to call. The driver said he would have someone come but it would be another 30 minutes or so. I told him that we were pushed to get to the airport and needed better. He told me we must give him a 2-hour notice for this. But he and I had already texted about the time the night before (and the reservation had been set up weeks before).
