They put me on the schedule and today, I called to double check that the appointment was still happening and she confirmed that I had an appointment set for today but it was, for some reason, removed from the schedule. She was unable to determine why this happened but said that she would speak to the manager. I got no notice whatsoever that this happened until I called. She tried to offer to have a technician come tomorrow to inspect but I pointed out that I needed it inspected before I moved and she said she was unable to do anything to get the inspection completed today. I pointed out that this was the company's fault for not doing their due diligence and ensuring my appointment remained on the calendar but she stated that there was still nothing she could do. I said okay and told her to enjoy the 1 star yelp review. Don't go to this company if you are expecting punctuality because clearly they can't be bothered to ensure their promises are upheld.
