For starters, I was a briefly struggling with $, asked them if they can work on their rate; cool. I thought they'd be able to do their job, if not, they could've said no, we are firm. The service manager's name was Sergio Pino something. My bad for not having his full last name, but it should be close enough. Lets just say that not only were my brakes not installed right, pads were rubbing, and the alignment was god awful. Went there at least 2 times, nothing. They tried to justify me needing shocks, basically upselling me on much more than what I needed. Lets say because this was about a year ago, I replaced my shocks and springs as they finally wore down about 6 months ago. So, you guys are full of crap too. I had to get a different shop named Spooners, which was weird that its owner wanted me to not say anything so that I don't "cause" whatever this might be, but they did everything that this shop didn't do right, including the alignment. I'm sure I could go there and get the paperwork unless I find another screenshot of what they fixed. This shop wanted to justify not refunding the labor fees, but to keep coming back. I was given back maybe $150 or so, and I was like whatever. What I didn't like is some of their guy's attitude, maybe because I wasn't spanish, or whatever, which sucks because I get along just fine with whoever it is. I've been here for well over 20 years, so I don't wanna hear this weird foreigner lingo. I bet you guys would also not try to bs your customers from wherever you were from in your own country as well, right? But welcome to America where we selectively treat certain folks differently. Screw me, right? I'd be weary. It's a shady behavior. Maybe because I didn't come in with a fancy truck but just a ram 1500. Who knows. All I know is that I now cannot find their FB page, and that in itself is VERY shady. I will keep spreading the word that you guys are full of nonsense because all you guys do is have your friends 5 star your business. Which are the same ones that speak your language too. Crazy. I also appreciate the dick symbol that was drawn on my drivers side mirror at the time. If the shop needs some pacifiers and diapers, let me know. I'm sure your parents would be proud of how you guys treated me, and I wasn't asking for much either. But thanks for taking my money, though.

Lisa ordered the tires for me, and said they'd fit me in the next day to get them on my car (I thought there was no way they'd get the tires in time). Sure enough I showed up the next morning and the tires had already arrived! Despite a packed schedule, Lisa and crew got the tires on my car by the early afternoon. The price was extremely reasonable, and the new tires really saved me on my trip, as we hit a big snow storm up north! I'd highly, highly recommend these folks for your next tires!

7/31/26 I had a very slow leak in the front passenger tire…read moreand used my own inflator to correct the pressure. The next day it had lost 11 psi, so I called in Ace Tire and was greeted immediately by a friendly member of staff who quickly found the source of the leak (Phillips head screw !) patched the leak and I was promptly on my way.
