I was never assigned a unit number and was informed that one would not be assigned until I signed a lease. Ended up having to leave town for a family emergency, they told me that I LEGALLY had the unit because a form was filled out and had to fill out a from to vacate the unit and they legally had the right to charge me. The people working *hite *rash. Lots of other places that are not privately owned unethical monsters.

Being new to this, she walked me through the process. We later decided to use the uHaul containter instead. Lashata made it comfortable for us to load inside the warehouse as it was 18 degrees outside. What made the whole experience pleasant however was the manager of the facility, Teri. She is very friendly, professional, accommodating and she makes this place an overall stellar mini storage facility. They sell packaging supplies like boxes and tape, locks for your unit and Uhaul rental vans/boxtrucks are available for rent. There is a coded gate for entry and Teri lives on the premises which adds an additional sense of security.
