$510 in and they couldn't fix a toilet paper clog 45' down a pipe…read more Called them to get a toilet unstuck. The kid that came out was nice, but 2 hours in, he was stumped. Charged me $510 and told me to try somebody else (recommended I call the plumber that originally installed it). That plumber had it pinpointed in minutes and got it solved. When I spoke with the owner of this company, he said his guys are trained to trial and error for 2 hours before actually trying something else, such as a camera. I would have had to pay another service call with minimums just for this guy to come back out and use the tool he should have used out the gate, but clearly, these guys would rather charge the $210-$300+ per hour to eventually solve the problem on my dime rather than use the right tools to begin with. Having run service businesses for over 20 years, that is a very poor business practice. Use the right tools, troubleshoot properly, and charge appropriately. I would have been fine to pay the $510 and then some to get it right. However, I'm not sure that this would have been solved for less than $1,500-$2,000 with these guys. The owner was upset that I suggested they did a poor job and refused to refund anything. He did offer half off one hour of a future service call, and I told him I didn't trust them to do future service, so he basically fired me as a customer and hung up on me. Terribly unprofessional. Never doing business with them again, and you should think twice before trusting them!

Tyler and Trent replaced a customer supplied 50 gallon short water heater and they did a very excellent job. We are highly satisfied with the service we received. We highly recommend asking for Tyler for any plumbing jobs that you have. He was highly skilled at his craft and very well stocked on his truck. Buck trained all new plumbers at the company he worked for for 18 years so giving Tyler a five star review really means alot. Tyler was highly efficient, informative, conservative grooming standards, respectful, and polite. This means alot to a master plumber who served 30+ years in the business but can no longer lift water heaters. Great service! I contacted Nick about getting some electrical work done. I needed power trenched…read moreabout 200 feet once the power company installed a new power pole on my land. Nick kept in contact with me and gave me a great price on the work needed. After the power company installed the pole Nick and his crew were out there the next day with barely any notice from me. They trenched 200 feet and installed conduit and a new breaker box and a box for my RV plug. The work looks great and has no problems! I will definitely be using him for any more work I need done!
