I got a few estimates on the yard cleanup, and Eagle landscaping came in at the mid point, but they acknowledged the level of work required upfront, while others under estimated the work. I think had I gone with cheapest bids, I would have been disappointed. Before agreeing on that project though, I had Eagle create the gate, it was very reasonably priced; it was the project I used to develop trust and assess their quality of work. With two projects done, I'll be having them back out in the fall to focus on another area.
