I was assuming it's normal for composite decking. Well it's not... I was able to pull off several boards by hand with barely any effort. I bought a box of proper screws to fix it. Their bid was competitive and I had a good deal of faith in their ability to provide a great experience given what I'd read in other reviews. Vlad and his team ended up having to work through a multitude of challenges in order to deliver the end result that we enjoyed. I received constant professional communication (day, night, weekend) when things weren't going well (outside of their control) and what they were doing to resolve. They thoroughly owned resolving each obstacle instead of pushing it back to me to work out. This involved buying different kinds of paint and performing tests -- I even got a video of the test results to illustrate my options. Its obvious that this company cares a great deal about providing 5 star experiences. Its that additional amount of work that they did which has me so enthusiastic about referring them to anyone needing painting done (commercial or residential.)

ERC game me a simple and very competitive all inclusive price. And they were able to start the project the following week! I ended up picking the higher grade paint and they only charged me the cost difference of what they had quoted. Other contractors had a much higher markup. They pressure washed my exterior and came back a few days later to start the job. They were so quick and thorough. Cleaning up some old caulking and fixing some damaged trim. They even sanded and refinished my cedar soffits. The quality was fantastic. While they were out, my neighbor was impressed and asked for a quote as well. They will likely do their house too the following week. I'll definitely recommend ERC painting to anyone who needs a painting contractor.
