They would also text when they were on their way to pick him up for the lesson. He had his final lesson yesterday and passed his driver's test. We're on our way to get his driver's license today!I found them very easy to deal with. Early on I found that he was getting reminders but I was not, so I asked if they would also send me reminders, and they kindly reached out for a text conversation and fixed that for me, then texted me again to follow up and make sure I had what I needed. I was very relieved not to have to do the driving lessons myself, as I think my anxiety would have been too high. I preferred to have a professional do that job. He had three different instructors during the course of his lessons, and all were very good. In addition, the price was significantly lower than that of other driving schools I checked. I would highly recommend this company if you have someone he needs to learn how to drive!

His turn instructions during the test were sudden and confusing, which made it hard to execute them safely and smoothly. I was told I would get three practice/test attempts, but only two actually took place. The "third" session was conducted entirely on the freeway, with no instruction or guidance given at any point -- and the freeway isn't even part of the standard test route. During my last lesson, I noticed the instructor appeared to close his eyes for a few minutes at one point. I raised this with the school, and they said they would review the in-car recording, but I never heard back. The school then told me I could pass if I paid for one more $200 lesson. Given time constraints, I agreed -- but no one followed up with me afterward to schedule it. Based on everything above, my honest read is that the instructor was simply exhausted after back-to-back lessons that day and didn't want to make the trip to the DMV to file paperwork, so he found reasons to fail me -- or wanted an extra lesson fee out of it. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I can't recommend this school.

Scheduling was easy and convenient, lots of different days and time slots to pick from. The different packages options are great for helping any level of experience driver and some include the actual road test and licensing appointment. It's one on one instruction, which I appreciated. I also liked that it was the same model car that he drove in all his sessions to help him be more comfortable. The two instructors we had, Sean and Brad, were communicative, friendly, patient, and encouraging. They really gave my son the big boost of confidence he needed for things like parking in parking lots. After every session, we had a little download about what went well, areas to work on, and how all the things related to the test. They practiced all different kinds of driving scenarios, driving defensively, the "unofficial rules of the road here in AZ" (driving here is just different, it really is) and not being distracted. Our son was able to pass on his first attempt with flying colors! Having the test and licensing appointment included was totally worth not having to make those separate trips to the DMV. We also got the driving course certificate for the auto insurance discount. I'm in the insurance business so trust me when I say, it helps a ton !! Teenagers being added to insurance comes with some hefty sticker shock. Will be using Go and Drive again when it's time for our other two kids to drive.

The process is soooo easy. First you search your infraction code on the site to see if your ticket…read moreis eligible for dismissal. Next you email the company your ticket info. They respond quickly confirming you can take the class. You pay , register, and complete the online course in your pajamas in the comfort of your home. You can go in person if you want but I prefer the home environment. After each module, you complete a quick assessment about the 15 minute module. The modules are all videos with jokes, cartoons, and real life video traffic scenes to keep you engaged while teaching you relative content. If you play a module, make sure you don't accidentally close it or you have to start the module all over. When the course is completed, you are emailed your certificate of completion plus confirmation that your completion will be reported to the court on your ticket. Fast, smooth, easy!

I had some online issues trying to register, so I called and they took care of everything for me. And the class especially was a much better experience than I'd expected. Eight hours is a long time, but it actually went by quickly. The class not only defines our traffic laws, but it helps us evaluate our relationship to those laws. Our instructor, Payton, was knowledgeable & professional and helped us on that journey, but she also helped make the time enjoyable. I learned a lot and I actually enjoyed the experience.
