I needed my CO2 tanks refilled for my overlanding rig refilled. The office has a few parking spaces…read morein front with the large fenced in parking lot further down the road. I've tried tanks here multiple times and always found them to be courteous and friendly. I just walk in and then minutes later I have full tanks.

Absolutely terrible experience with AAA Fire Protection and especially Kirk Davis…read more I paid for a sprinkler repair service, the technician showed up without the necessary part, completed only part of the job, and then Kirk tried to charge me an additional $637 just to come back and snap on a single missing cover plate that should have been handled during the original visit. Instead of owning the mistake or trying to make things right, Kirk's response was basically: "We have to pay them to put it on." No accountability whatsoever. Apparently customers are expected to pay hundreds extra because their technicians arrive unprepared. What made the experience worse was the dismissive attitude throughout the conversation. There was no attempt at reasonable customer service, compromise, or even acknowledgment that this situation was caused by their own lack of inventory and planning. The second visit wasn't a new repair -- it was literally finishing incomplete work from the first appointment. Charging $637 to install one small concealer plate is outrageous. It felt less like a legitimate service charge and more like an attempt to squeeze extra money out of a customer after the fact. I would strongly caution anyone considering AAA Fire Protection to get EVERYTHING in writing and be prepared for surprise charges if their technicians fail to bring the correct parts the first time.
