I called all of the independent glass dealers in town, plus the major franchise with the sucky jingle and all indicated that an aftermarket windshield for a 2025 Jeep Wrangler was not available. I called Glass Doctor and spoke with Hunter and within 7 days an aftermarket windshield was received. Installation went as smooth as silk and the price was almost half of what the dealer wanted for Jeeps "Gorilla Glass." I can never thank them enough. They are now our go to glass repair and replacement organization and they should be yours as well. Job well done. Thank you.

First time they ordered the wrong tint glass, then they said they couldn't get the right tint, so I left. I needed something better than plastic so I ended up ordering the "wrong" tint again. They confirmed my appointment, and I showed up, no glass. They reordered. I showed up for trip #3 ... and they had ordered a completely different third type of tint. I had to get this third tinted wondow installed. Never got what I wanted, couldn't find the right window for me, made me drive 6 hours total. Very frustrating, would never work with them again.

I'm sure my husband (at that time) arranged an exceptional price, back when Marcel Corlett was running the shop, so I can't comment on the value. Marcel was so laid back and accommodating, I'll bet Marcel did the paint job at his cost since my ex actually sold gray market imported cars at this location. I spoke with Nancy recently when my husband wrecked his SUV back in April, and she was very knowledgeable, kind, honest and friendly to me on the phone. She explained that all the body shops were having lengthy backlogs because people were opting to repair vehicles instead of purchasing new ones. She recommended 1-2 other body shops for me to contact and use her name as a reference. Do consider Corlett when getting quotes for auto body work.

After ordering a replacement top I called several upolstry shops who quoted me up to $1700 plus an unknown price for replacing broken bracket. When i called Cortletts they quoted me $500 to install the top and 150 to replace bracket and correct headliner to make my rides top look fantastic! The staff was great and when I picked up my ride my once very dimmed headlights were 100% restored to look brand new! If anyone needs to have any restoration done to their car there's no better place to go than Cortlett's!

My friend was driving us back to work from lunch when a battery light appeared on her dashboard…read more Since she just replaced her battery I thought it might be her alternator so I called tire discounters to see if this was a service they offered and the guy said Yes! So as soon as we got off work we went to the place she bought her battery to get a diagnostic reading which stated "bad charging system". Luckily, we were next door to Tire Discounters so we rushed over to see if they could replace her alternator that night because she lives almost an hour from this area and didn't feel confident she'd make it home. We walk in with a new alternator and ask if they can replace it. One guy said they could replace it but it wouldnt be tonight since it was about 5:15 and they close at 6pm. We understood but felt so defeated. I asked if they thought she'd make it to Scottsboro with a bad alternator and one guy said not likely. the other guy, Jacob, said he would go check her output to see what the reading was to help gauge whether or not she should attempt the long commute. once Jacob got the reading he began looking for her alternator to see how hard it would be to get to. After he assessed everything he said he wanted to go ask the other guy a question real quick so we followed him inside. After Jacob spoke to the other guy, he came to the counter and said he was going to put the new one on and said it will be done around 6pm. Jacob went above and beyond to make sure my friend made it back home that night. He was kind, courteous, and fast. Jacob didn't have to do what he did, especially being as close to closing time as it was, but he took great care of us! GO SEE JACOB!
