Due to a tragic accident (mowing the lawn, hit a rock, busted out a quarter panel in our Tahoe), I researched a few company's and ultimately chose A Plus due to the reviews. I am so glad I did. The technicians who came out did a phenomenal job getting all of the broken glass out of the frame and the inside. They took less than an hour and they were so professional. If we ever have anymore accidents I will definitely return back. Also since our deductible on insurance is too high, we paid out of pocket. It was $225.00 for everything including taxes and fees which is cheaper than any where in the area including Safelite. If you need glass to be replaced definitely check with this local business! You won't regret it!

I called all of the independent glass dealers in town, plus the major franchise with the sucky jingle and all indicated that an aftermarket windshield for a 2025 Jeep Wrangler was not available. I called Glass Doctor and spoke with Hunter and within 7 days an aftermarket windshield was received. Installation went as smooth as silk and the price was almost half of what the dealer wanted for Jeeps "Gorilla Glass." I can never thank them enough. They are now our go to glass repair and replacement organization and they should be yours as well. Job well done. Thank you.

We took our 2022 Toyota Rav 4 in to the Madison Alabama Safelite Saturday February 21, 2026. It was…read morefor a no cost to us Insurance Claim. It was for two small chips on the windshield that had tiny cracks starting. They were both less than 1/8 of an inch. When the technician brought the car back to us he was very nervous. He said he wasn't happy with the outcome of his work. One of the chips was now cracked about 1.5 inches and the other was cracked about 2.5 inches. He also tried to fix a surface chip and it was now cracked about 3.5 inches. He said he stopped after they started cracking. Why try it 3 times then? Next he said do you want to come inside and schedule a windshield replacement? We contacted our insurance about this and they said Safelite said they only tried to repair 2 places not 3. Now we have to pay to get a new windshield and it definitely will not be with Safelite. They took an easy fix and destroyed our windshield. I would not recommend the Madison Alabama Safelite. My wife called the Madison Safelite this morning and spoke to the manager. The manager was not helpful and was rude. They still denied trying to fix the third place and causing a large crack where there was just a chip! Also the technician left black goo on the inside of the windshield where he cracked the windshield. Sorry the photos are not clear but you can see the cracks.

I wanted a 12 volt air system with compressor, train horns and air tank installed on my tuck. It was more than a simple install due to how I wanted the components mounted. Brackets would need to be fabricated and welding would likely be needed to attach the brackets to the truck. Rather than just telling me what I would have liked to hear and 12 Volt Techs taking on work beyond the scope of what they were set up to handle, I was told honestly that they could not do the install putting the components where I wanted them. That honesty, in retrospect especially, is hugely appreciated. I went to a competitor who promised a professional quality installation. He lied. It was a disaster! I had to have the entire system removed and installed correctly. One automotive shop correctly installed the components and another shop subsequently wired everything up properly. Although I cannot attest to the work quality of 12 Volt Techs, I will vouch for their putting honesty before profit.
