Not to start, but to actually even be there. Fortunately this go-round was only ~5 minutes, whereas last time I called multiple times to no answer and waited for nearly 20 minutes. I opted to give Swift another go because of proximity to home and she did a good job last time, but the ol' fool me once rule is at play here and I don't think I'll be returning. She's a perfectly lovely individual and the wax is probably a 4 star experience, but not being able to count on her being there on time is a deal breaker for me.

Sugaring is a great alternative to waxing since it is ecologically sound in that it does not generate any waste but a ball of softened sugar which can be composted.
