My second time at Swift, and while the service is great and staff is lovely, this is also the second time that the Swift team was late for my appointment. Not to start, but to actually even be there. Fortunately this go-round was only ~5 minutes, whereas last time I called multiple times to no answer and waited for nearly 20 minutes. I opted to give Swift another go because of proximity to home and she did a good job last time, but the ol' fool me once rule is at play here and I don't think I'll be returning. She's a perfectly lovely individual and the wax is probably a 4 star experience, but not being able to count on her being there on time is a deal breaker for me. read more

I read the reviews from yelp and decided to go because I don't trust a lot of people with my brows, left work early for my appointment only to find out it was closed although I had a reservation for 5:30pm I tried to call and the phone is the wrong one, I tried my hardest and found a door closed this is the worst experience and certainly hope they don't charge me as this was not my fault. I was outside waiting, honestly is not worth the hassle, and if I get charged for sure I will be fighting this charge as it was not only a waste of my time but also irresponsable that they don't have a phone to call and the last business hour they operate at the building is at 5:30 pm and they choose to schedule people from 5:30 -6 pm read more

Leimomi is absolutely wonderful! She is so professional and personable. I got a sugar Brazilian wax and it was the best waxing experience I've ever had. She was great getting to know and the waxing was as painless as waxing can be. The location is kind of hard to find. This was the best experience I have ever had. I actually took two Advil's prior to my appointment & I was ready to take the pain on. Yet to my surprise she didn't use regular wax she used Sugar wax. I really wanted to have a better experience.....I REALLY wanted to be able to give a better review, but alas, I just can't. Not with all of these ingrowns....... Leimomi is a talker. She had a lot to say, and while that may be for some people I prefer to cover my hoo-ha up as soon as possible - so please get to business. I have been getting waxed for about 10 years. Regularly. I know what to expect and have a high pain tolerance. This was by far the longest I have ever had to lie down getting waxed. I think I was here about 90 mins (and was worried I would get a parking ticket in my 1-hour space!) She was thorough, and removed the hair, but it took a while. Unfortunately, the review would have 4 stars if I had written it immediately after. Because of all the ingrown hairs (literally all over the bikini area, lower stomach, inner thighs!) I just can't. I have gone to a lady in Capitol Hill for 2 years and in hopes to find someone a bit closer I took advantage of the living social deal. I am still plucking ingrown hairs over 6 weeks alter..... sigh.
