Do not go here unless you want to have burnt and broken nails. Holly is extremely rude and unprofessional. She is not a skilled nail tech-she will mess up every aspect of your nails and they'll break within a week. $90 for a FILL. Their tools are unsanitary and worn down. Holly will yell at you and harm you if you bring any mistake to her attention. Please safe your mental health and wallet-go elsewhere. read more

I stumbled upon Holly since I live in Queen Anne, but will travel to get my nails done here no matter where I live. Not only is the quality top notch, but the staff (shout out to Tina) are friendly, attentive, and honestly perfectionists when it come's to my manicures. I've been here a few times now but was charged more than I expected before so I called ahead this time and was told my service would be $50, but when it came time to pay, it was suddenly $70 with no real explanation. That kind of pricing surprise is super frustrating. Also, the vibe wasn't great. The staff didn't seem very friendly or welcoming, which made the whole visit feel a little awkward. After speaking with the male "manager" I am appalled and will never be coming back unfortunately very sad to leave the ladies , but I will never give money to a business that treats me this way. Long time client gone because of an unclean station and rude behavior from male staff. If you ever try to complain, beware because he will call you a liar,(man at front desk 11/1/24 claimed to be manager ) Name calling is very disrespectful and crazy to be coming from somewhere you have been loyal to. I hadn't realized this place was re-open (I think it was briefly closed when the location changed ownership) but I am SO glad I popped in for clear dip on my natural nails. I was helped right away and unlike most places they didn't try to upsell me or force me to pick a colored powder. They were so efficient but still also delicate when working with my natural nails (some places are rough when removing past product and bend the nail). Had I enough time I would've stayed for a pedicure as well. Final product was perfection and this will definitely be my new go-to nail spot. read more

Had a fantastic visit with Holly this morning. She really took care with the details. While she worked at a steady pace, not once did she over use the electronic dremel tool or the manual file. I very genuinely loved this place a few times I went. But there are lower level nail techs providing bad quality nails. Im displeased with how I was treated when asking for reshaping and sizing, and the quality of my nails that I payed so much money for. The paint was uneven and the shaping, and I asked repeatedly for it to be fixed. Also, none of the nails were a cohesive shape. Will be getting this fixed. What a complete nightmare. Dropped in today to try out this place as my regular salon lavender nails was all booked up. What a mistake this was. If you can believe it a pedicure took 2 1/2 hours. No joke. The poor gal did not know what she was doing obviously. She cut into one of my big toes under the nail on the side, and it is now all swollen. They are messy. And the tops of the nails are very rough. She did not use the tools properly to polish/scrub. I she also did not speak English so I could not ask her why the pedicure was taking so long.! She was very slow and what I found out was very very new to doing nails. For $45 this was a complete rip off. I could've done a better job at home. She also took the cheese grater and slid it across the side of my upper foot and it is now almost raw. This is where the skin is very thin and you should obviously not be using this tool unless the skin is very thick and needs it. It is a very very dangerous tool to use if you do not know what you're doing. Lastly there were three other nail technicians they're not doing anything. I was the only one in the salon and they kept asking me every five minutes to pick out a nail color. They did not let me do it prior to sitting down so they brought over some selections. I was trying to relax but they kept asking me to pick a color and it was at the beginning of the two hour pedicure. Once I did select one and she was ready to paint the nails then they went over to the wall and the color wasn't available. So I got up and looked at the colors and they had barely any selection of OPI colors and I wanted just a classic red. I ended up having to choose a dark Merlot color that I did not want because it is still summer. The massage chairs are a joke. They are so heavily padded that you cannot feel the mechanisms. Lastly they have no air-conditioning or fans running. It was 80° and they just had the door propped open. I could barely breathe during this two hour pedicure. What a waste of my afternoon and money. Although the technician did not know what she was doing I left her a 20% tip because obviously she is not trained. read more

I think Holly did my nails but they were rushed at the end because someone else had an appointment. She cut me three times and two of my fingers were bleeding bad and hurt. The whole acrylic set was very poorly made and rushed. I'm so disappointed and my fingers are so cut and they hurt so bad. read more

This salon is very incredible. The workers were friendly. They gave me water as well. The interior was really pleasant and contained chocolates and refreshments. I often have my nails done and have never experienced any issues. One piece of advice: look after your nails! I advise against doing anything that might result in breaking your nail if you don't want to destroy it. I would also say that they are short on staff so it might take a while. read more

Hanna (Hannah) gives the best gel manicures and pedicures I have ever experienced! She is so meticulous and the results are very long lasting. I followed her from another spa to this spa (Holly's) which is quiet, comfortable, and immaculately clean. I will be returning!!! read more

Warm and inviting nail salon, I was seen for my appointment promptly. Kind technicians in the salon. $40 for gel manicure, market price for this type of salon. Within a week one of the nails got a chip, now almost at three weeks and some of the nails are lifting/peeling (a little sooner than I've had in the past). There's parking too! read more

I went to Holly's nails for the first time today after calling for a pedicure. As soon as I arrived they told me to wait 5 minutes, which shortly turned into 10. They then had me sit in a pedicure seat, I was told to wait 5 more minutes as someone needed "1" nail fixed. 20 minutes later I got up and left with wet feet. Overall, it was 40 minutes of waiting to be helped to end up drying my own feet off and walking out. I highly recommend not trying this nail salon. read more
