I had arranged for the cleaning because I was returning to town for my father's funeral and will have guests staying with me, so it was important for the home to be properly prepared. Given the condition I found it in, this was quite upsetting and added stress during an already difficult time. When I contacted her (today after returning home), I was told that "everybody makes mistakes and overlooks things and that was what included in my $185 cleaning was minor dusting, floors, kitchen, and bathrooms and doors. She was here for three hours and I just feel that my money was not well spent. Because of this experience, I will not be using your services again, and I will not be recommending your business to others.

This just happened to be my deceased mother's jewelry Not something I can replace. Nikki had two other ladies working with her and they would rotate cleaning days. So, I don't know who the thief was but it was one of the three that were at my house. It's really sad that you let someone into your home. You give them things that you are not using and let the use your pool to take breaks. Tried to be a friend to them and be a good person. They could clean a house. I loved the way they cleaned. Never had an issue there. They just cleaned out my jewelry too. So sad that they just stole so much of my mother's jewelry. It broke my heart. She did tell me she was insured, well that was a bust too. Her insurance person refused to reimburse me for any of the items that were stolen.
