He said he spoke with those involved and emphasized the importance of customer satisfaction from installation to finished product. Moreover, he offered a good faith solution to make things right for me and I accepted. I give the owner great credit for using this situation to be a teachable moment for key employees as well as offering his customer a satisfactory solution. Everyone can make a mistake but not everyone learns from their mistakes. In my professional opinion, the owner obviously cares about his business and his customers and runs a solid organization that will continue to get my business. I definitely recommend A Plus for your patio and landscaping projects. 5 days ago A Plus did a great job designing and installing a beautiful patio one year ago and I wrote a very positive review on their behalf. However, a year later I still have an important complaint that the lawn area surrounding the 27' perimeter of the patio has never been fixed. They did make one attempt to re-seed the area with no success. Now the project manager, Joe Esh, quoted me a $975 price to re-sod and fix the lawn they destroyed during their installation that effectively raises the cost of my new patio from $10k to $11k. I had asked Joe to give me a fair price to repair the lawn problem that they caused and his proposal was almost twice that I received from two other landscapers. I was willing to contribute to covering the costs of materials and assumed they would cover labor since A Plus caused this problem. I'm disappointed but the A grade I gave initially a year ago became an F since they ruined a significant portion of my lawn and didn't solve the problem. I say this because I truly believe A Plus should have made my lawn look as good as it was before their patio installation at no cost to me and thats what I find most disappointing. The APlus Landscaping team did a terrific job replacing our front walkway. Joe was extremely helpful with providing recommendations that truly enhanced the look of the front of the house. We communicated often and Joe provided quick and precise answers to all our questions. Stan and the team did an amazing job replacing the walkway, installing the lights and taking care of all of the landscaping needs to create a fresh clean look at the front of the house. We had a patio and landscaping installed by A+ Landscaping toward the end of April. We are very excited about the end product. It was exactly what we wanted. The shrubbery that was planted was very healthy looking and is doing very well. Also, the patio could not please us more. The employees that worked on our project were very polite and professional. A Plus Landscaping has just replaced fencing, repaired some existing fencing, removed an old deck and finished landscaping where my deck was removed and I could not be happier with the work they did. Every thing that they did surpassed my expectations. They even added extra wood at my gates to insure my little rascal pup could not escape.
