This review is in response to the owners response to my review. I think it is wonderful that APlus Limo responds to All reviews. However we all know that no company or individual is always right, but it seems that any negative reviews posted to this business are spun to make the reviewer look bad. The Actual response I received when I was asked via email to confirm the limo and I explained the event had been cancelled is below: A Plus Limo Response: I will appreciate if you let us know before! If my response to the email above appeared "angry" (per the owner) that was not my intention. However per the owner when they emailed me back there was disappointment expressed and an explanation of them turning away customers and as you can see from the email above there was none of that in the response I received. The company called me twice and yes I was busy, however they never identified themselves when they called just that it was the limo compay. As most of us do I had researched and called quite a few so I had no idea which one it was and so both times I asked them to send me an email (which never occurred). There were questions asked via email by me that were never responded too (some of us conduct our business by email as we do not have the time to be on the phone). So in my rational mind since my questions were never answered no verbal or written commitment was ever agreed to, I did not believe I had committed to renting the limo. However it appears A Plus limo looks at it differently. When I called about an initial quote, Ramon picked up right away and gave me the full price including gratuity (no hidden fees!). They called me over 24 hours in advance to confirm the pickup time and address which I appreciated. The limo arrived on time and there were waters and sodas waiting for us. Instead of a graduation party, we rented a limo for my son's prom and he was able to bring friends. The driver was very professional and texted me his phone number in case I had any questions. They were prompt and made me feel that our kids were in good hands. Today, at approximately 1:20pm, I was on my way to work and I drove by Veterans Elementary. There was a black Escalade limo that pulled out of the driveway of the school and cut me off! The driver clearly saw me but he obviously didn't care. He just pulled out causing me to slam on my brakes. Otherwise I would have rammed right into his driver side. Not only is that ILLEGAL, its totally disrespectful and dangerous. I'm sure there were several children (6th grade graduates) in the limo. I asked for a quote and from the beginning I said I only needed one hr, drop off, company proceeded to ask how many ppl, etc..after I answered the questions he told me "minimum is 5hrs at $300 each hr" "sounds to me like you need a taxy or Uber " and sent me the phone number for a good taxy service! I am like wow! I am so glad I got the horrible customer service answer before I even considered renting the service I could of considered the hours but I am glad I did not! I don't even want to think what would happen if I book and something and it goes wrong, how am I supposed to know there's a limit its not like you need a limo every weekend, whoever is managing the responses should really take a class in costumer service.
