The owner Rosemary Johnson and her husband are very outgoing and friendly people. Rosemary explained to me all of her family members that work for the business and the roles they served and well as all of the services they offer. A+ provides packing, shipping, printing and business services to residents and businesses in Virginia Beach. They also have snack, cards, balloons, DHL shipping, Fedex shipping, notary public, mailbox rental and print and document services. There is the ability to pick and choose whichever carrier is cheaper for that day with any deals. A+ has amazing customer service. Family-owned small business started in Feb 2020 right before the pandemic. The post-offices in the area are packed with long lines with very limited capacity. I was able to pick up stamps and mail a box in less than 30 minutes and I don't mind paying for the convenience and great customer service. read more

I've came to A+ mailbox twice to ship out a package. A+ is family owned and everyone I interacted with was super friendly and helpful. If you need a box , they have a lot of different sizes and even help you pack your items. One of the times I went I had a big box and the person working there helped me re-pack my item into a smaller box so that the price of shipping would go down. They really go above and beyond for you. A+ also offers a lot of other services like banner making and personalized gift wrap. They also carry balloons. I'm sure there's more but that's all I remember. read more

I have used them for a handful of mail services, and they have always been courteous, professional, honest, and caring. I dropped off a fed ex package on Saturday Feb 25 2023 at 11 am and still NO TRACKING on this package on Monday Feb 27 at 6 PM What the heck I went into a regular official Fedex location and dropped off another package on Monday Feb 27 at around 11 am and got tracking an hour later. I went into this location to ask them if they still had my package - they did not, and she gave me a crazy reason that "the person who picked up must not have scanned it yet".
