Destiny: yeah cuz it can be anywhere from $300-500. What's your phone number and what's the address? Me: I gave my phone number and said, I just sent out a package two days ago to the same address- And she didn't even let me finish before becoming too upset to finish my transaction. She just walked away and kept shaking her head, rolling her eyes, and talking under her breath all the way out the door. Couldn't even look me in the eye on the way out. The other lady at the desk helped me with my order. I honestly don't know what I could have possibly done to incite that reaction from Destiny. She was probably having a hard day. Maybe she wanted to help me really quick before leaving at the end of her shift but realized I would take longer, having to ship out of the country? I'm really not sure! If you ask for packing help, you're now required to ship using their inflated rates which are much higher than USPS or online options. I was told they "make no money" on packing, but forcing customers into overpriced shipping isn't the answer. I used to justify the higher costs for the friendly service, but that's not the case anymore as there is an older gentleman there that is very abrasive and condescending (at least has been my experience every time) Unless you absolutely have to use them, I'd say look elsewhere.
