The shutters took 12 weeks to arrive, but that's with everything these days! The day of installation, Lucas arrived on time and came ready to install. He installed and there was no mess and he made sure to clean up any packaging. I was super impressed with the final product. They only issue that I had was communication could have been a tad bit better with providing updates. I paid a deposit in March 2021 and had to reach out for updates. So the saga continues…read more After posting my review yesterday I received a call from Tiffany. She stated that she didn't understand why I posted a 1 star review because she "did not know we were there yet" which I took as she didn't comprehend why I was dissatisfied with the way she was not taking the initiative to rectify the problem. Keep in mind I had already provided her with pictures of all the missing screws and followed up with an email asking when someone would be out to fix the problem. After explaining to her again I felt she should make an effort to rectify the problem in a more timely manner as opposed to just telling me we're trying to fit you into the schedule, she agreed to send out the installer to finish installing the hardware. She stated he would be on site between 8 and 9 AM today, December 13. I then received a voice message from Allen, the estimator, at 5:02pm saying he wasn't sure the installers would be able to come out in the morning however he would be out to fix the screws sometime between 12 and 2pm. (Apparently if I want to get this done I now have to take the day off of work to be available) I text Allen approximately 8am this morning asking for smaller time frame for his arrival and he stated he would be on-site between 11 and 12. Allen arrived at approximately 11am and needless to say it's safe to say that I should have insisted the installers come to finish putting in the rest of the screws. Not only ate all the swrews on crooked there is still one missing. I'm at a loss for words....

They sent a couple of guys to install the windows and had to wait 10 months for the sliding door to come in from the manufacturer. However the guys they sent were very unprofessional. When the sliding door finally came, they sent two different guys to install it and they had no idea what they were doing. They took over 10 hours to install. The guys was reading instructions on what to do. They had to call a more experienced guy to come in and make adjustments. Then they damaged my vertical blinds and the owner didn't even offer to replace them. Instead he was suggesting how they should be installed when I replace them. Well after everything, and a year goes by, we had some wind and rain. I found water inside the door. I called them up and told Carlos the owner about it, and his 1st question was how long has it been? Because you only get 1 year. I told him its been 1 year and 1 month. He set an appointment with me to come look at why the water was coming in and never showed up and never even called me. There are lots of other companies that do this and dont send third party contractors that don't know what they are doing. My neighbor hired a different company and has two times the amount of windows my apartment has and that company came in with 4 guys and completed everything in a half of day. Not to mention the guys this company sent left a mess out in the hallway of the apartments. Carlos saw the mess and asked me if that was left there by his guys and i told him yes. He didn't even offer to clean it up or to send his guys back out to clean it up. Instead i had to go out there with a bucket of water and soap and a scrub broom to clean it all up. They are not worth the trouble and unprofessionalism no repair or replacement of damaged vertical blinds, no show on appointment when he was supposed to come look at why water is coming through the sliding door. The company that replaced my neighbors windows not only did everything in a half of day, they left everything clean and you would never know they were even there. Save yourself the hassle.
