This review is based solely on my personal experience and interaction with Prestige…read more My experience: When the windows were delivered on November 15, 2024, I was unable to reject the delivery as I was informed verbally, and they confirmed in writing, that the windows first "needed to be installed" before any inspection could take place. Per the contract terms, I was required to make the payments due at each stage -- including the delivery day payment, which brought my total paid to 90% of the $24,378.89 -- or face financial and legal consequences. FDACS public records: On March 2, 2026 I filed a consumer complaint with FDACS, State Consumer Mediator. Last week, on April 28, 2026, Prestige stated to the FDACS Mediator that I had: "inspected, accepted, paid for (in full), and permitted full installation of the product. No timely rejection occurred under the contract terms." BBB public record: However, 7 months earlier under the BBB complaint filed June 30, 2025, Prestige stated in a response on August 11, 2025: "When the client tried to 'reject the delivery', we called the manufacturer and they told us the windows had to be installed for them to look at them." I will now be taking the next legal step, supported by the detailed documentation I have compiled from Prestige's statements, responses and interactions over the past 18 months. My suggestion: Read the full complaints from the BBB (7/30/2025) and the FDACS (3/02/2026) which you can request to view at no cost. Based on the information in those documents and my experience, you can decide whether this is the right company for your project. In the meantime, see the photo of the windows that I get to look at every day, which shows four distinct multi colors (bright silver, light gray, medium gray and dark gray) visible from 30 feet away. My s/o met with a salesperson, at a public event, who set up an appointment for a salesperson to…read morecome to my home, for an estimate. The gentleman who arrived was nice, however, after initially setting clear boundaries, that I don't want to be sold to; we were held captive for 3-4 hours. Sure, I could've been rude, but the guy was polite and working hard for his $. However, the associate employs several unethical sales techniques. For starters, "One Stop Sale". They will tell you that the offer they present, is only good on that day. If you don't sign the deal on the first visit, they threaten that the price will be raised. Second, they disparage the competitors, referring to them with terms like, "fly by night", substandard, cheap, etc. Most reputable businesses will tell you what makes them different, without disparaging the competitors. This is home repair/remodeling, not WWE or UFC, no need to badmouth other competitors. Let your work do the talking. Additionally, they attempt to upsell you to the point, the upgrades are comparable to the price of building a new home. For instance, my home was purchased for $198,000. The windows, doors, roof and gutters were estimated, just short of $130,000. Another issue is they claim to be the exclusive seller of GHF shingles. After doing research, post visit, I was not only able to find GHF shingles for sale in Lowe's, but every roofer I spoke to thereafter, all dealt in GHF. I was told by the competitors that GHF is the most popular shingle on the market. In short, the competitors offer the same roof, for less than half the price. I could continue, however, this should be adequate to assist someone shopping for a roof, to make a more informed, unpressured decision. They practice very aggressive sales techniques, most of which are listed in sales classes as tactics that should NOT be used. To conclude, I was given a business card to call the saleperson. Upon calling the saleman, a week later, his card had no extension. There were 3 options of the automated system, first of which required an extension. Since I didn't have one, I opted to speak with ANY associate, and was placed on hold, by the automated system. After waiting for 20-30 minutes, on two occasions, with no answer, I was so annoyed, I decided to shop around, and I'm glad I did. A week or so later, I was called from another Power associate. He was rude, attempted to correct me with misinformation regarding the automated line and my attempts to reach the salesman. The person on the line was smug and condescending. Overall, the only good part of this experience was the salesman. He's earnest and probably only doing what he was instructed to do, in an effort to put food on the table. I respect that, but nothing else about this experience. Two thumbs down, go elsewhere; save time and prevent frustration.

Highly highly recommend Boca impact windoors and doors!…read more We replaced all of our courtyard doors with gorgeous hurricane-proof doors and glass as well as our back door and door to the garage. The total install time was less than 2 days, and everyone was friendly, efficient, and professional. To begin with, Heath will be your consultant, measure and give you estimates, talk about color options, etc.. We went with dark bronze, which is a very rich dark brown (almost black). Heath is so great at answering questions and getting back to you promptly. He made the process very pleasant and stress free. Once the decision is made, the measurements will be double-checked by another person, and doors/windows will be ordered. They will work with HOAs and will do all the permitting and inspection scheduling. On the day of the inspection, you will have someone come early, make sure all is good, and then once the approval is done, finish all the details like capping screws etc Johnny and his son John were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, extremely thorough, and went through everything twice and more Any concern was addressed, and they literally took all the time needed to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you! Some info: - Plan ahead as it took about 3 months for everything to be custom-made, so don't expect a fast turnaround - You will have a little out of pocket cost for fixing parts that are a result of changing old doors like tile or stucco repair (like if the old door was too big and the old tiles didn't go all the way). This was made clear to us - The time frame between installation and inspection was about a month because of the county's backlog All in all, if you want a super professional and reliable quality company that you don't have to chase around for answers or follow-up with friendly and efficient staff, this is the company for you!

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Boca Impact Windows & Doors. From start to finish,…read morethey were incredibly professional and respectful of our home. We were nervous about our house turning into a construction zone, but their crew went above and beyond -- they covered and protected all of our furniture, worked efficiently, and kept everything spotless. Joe, our sales guy was knowledgeable and patient. Mike, the supervisor, was fantastic, and every member of the crew clearly took pride in their work. They gave us a two-day timeline but impressively finished everything in just one day without cutting corners. The quality of the windows and doors is outstanding, and the pricing was very reasonable for the level of craftsmanship and service we received. Highly recommend Boca Impact Windows & Doors, they truly exceeded expectations. Id also like to add, both our blinds and stucco contractors noted how well the installation by Boca Impact was done.
