They doubled it on pick up day. Do not use this company and they also said they could have it there in about three weeks and they picked up on April 24 and we did not get our stuff until like June 8 or ninth. I only wish that I could give this company zero stars. What started out as a good experience quickly turned into a nightmare. Do not use a company that does not send out a representative to help estimate your belongings or expect after they have loaded about 3/4 of your belongings to say that it is going to cost you more to load the rest. Do not under any circumstance believe the over the phone quote that you receive. After paying the additional amount the belongings were loaded. The only other positive thing the company did was deliver our belongings to our new home on time, By the most part our belongings were delivered in good shape but after spending several days unloading the boxes we found a few damaged items and a couple of missing items that were not noticed during delivery. One item that was found to be missing on delivery was a step ladder that even the team leader said that he had seen at the warehouse but they weren't sure who it belonged to and he would have them send it to me. Needless to say it never came. We filed our claim with the company and even though we were not claiming much the settlement they offered was a joke. I find it funny that the two missing items that I filed a claim for just happened to be two items that could be used by the movers (a hand truck and a step ladder) and they offered a total of $3.00 for the stepladder. They denied the hand truck since I didn't notate it missing when my belongings were delivered. Like I was able to keep track of everything with 4 people unloading the truck and putting items in different places. They also completely destroyed a bookcase that they offered $18.00 for since it is based on weight. The other items that we claimed for were broken dishes that I won't fight since we did pack them but after seeing how crushed the boxes were I don't think anyone could have packed them and still not be damaged. DO NOT USE this company unless you are willing to pay a lot more than quoted on the the of the move and expect no reasonable settlement for your missing and damaged items. In no way would I ever recommend this company. Use a company that might charge more on the initial quote but will help with your estimate of space required for the move and be more willing to offer a fair settlement for lost and damaged goods. read more

Excellent moving experience! They were on time and very communicative about timing. They bring the labor, a giant truck, and also have a bunch of boxes to pack your stuff. They have padding and wrap your furniture carefully to avoid scratches, and they will disassemble and reassemble your furniture if needed. Would definitely use them again! read more

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. The sales rep, Matthew Sellers, seemed honest and communicative at first, which gave me confidence booking a long-distance move to Alaska. Unfortunately, everything went downhill once the movers arrived. They immediately tried to upsell me and nearly double my quote, claiming my furniture wouldn't fit in the quoted space. I had moved the exact same items before, so I knew that wasn't true. After I refused to pay more, they somehow managed to fit everything just fine in the original quoted cubic feet. Communication throughout the move was awful. I repeatedly told them my items could not be delivered before April 1st because I wouldn't have access to my home, yet they still tried multiple times to deliver early and pressured me to contact my landlord for access. When delivery day finally came, they arrived late and sent only one mover to carry heavy furniture upstairs. He even had to get help from my neighbor to move items into my home. Once I unpacked, I found damaged furniture, a broken vacuum, opened boxes with tape missing, and several missing items -- including my $600 electric scooter. After reporting it, the company repeatedly claimed for over a month that they had found the scooter and would deliver it "next week," only to later admit they had actually lost it. The entire process felt dishonest and unprofessional. I've filed a claim and am still waiting for a resolution. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. read more

Everything was handled extremely efficiently and with care. My wife and I very impressed with how quickly everything was moved into our new home. The entire walking area of our carpet was lined to protect the new floor, and our large items were moved upstairs with care.
