So, I made myself available by reserving the time on Friday. 9:00am Friday rolls around and there was a no show by the Owner. Therefore, I continued to wait thinking the Owner might be running late. 10:00am then 10:30am, then 11:00am rolls around STILL NO SHOW by Owner of Farris Hardwood Services, even though his business is listed less than 5 miles away. Finally I call James Farris, the Owner at 11:00am. Upon answering the phone, I indicated that I thought (or rather new we had an appointment at 9:00am. He acknowledged that we did, then said that "something come up", and that he met to call me. I then ask why he didn't. James Farris had no answer, but then attempted to commit to another time. Sure, I did a hitch in the USN. But though the Navy said they'd teach me everything I'd ever need to know, they never mention sprinkler heads in boot camp and "A" school. Fortunately the Lautner Lady found the product I needed, and patiently explained how to get it to do what was needed. I just installed and tested it; it works fine.
