When we moved in, the apartment was still dirty, and the keys didn't work. The rent was raised $50-$100 at the end of every lease, yet the property is always getting worse. Flooded sidewalks (actual rivers when it rains), the fences have all fallen or rotted away (except for RIGHT in front of the office. Absolutely nobody picks up after their dogs, and the walls are more thin than paper. They rented me an apartment that was the style of the apartment complex owners before them, they renovated almost all of the others, and charged me the same for my un-renovated apartment. I've never seen the maintenance workers more than a month, and good luck getting maintenance done. I told them my dishwasher flooded my apartment (never used it) and they continued to let it happen saying it was a 'drain problem'. Then they were informed that my stove was sparking, they still did nothing. This place should be avoided like the plague.

You can hear neighbors pretty easily so I would recommend getting an upstairs apartment. The management is a little rude - but overall the experience was OK. She wont answer your calls and from what I here she doesnt even live in the management apt anymore. Ive had many people tell me she owes them money from repairs theyve had to do themselves, or she has some cleaning or doing landscaping for practally nothing promising a certain amount and in return receving "what she can afford to give you!" She will knock maybe twice and enter. She will try to envade your own personal life. It should not matter who, what , when ,or why I have in my bed. Also with her newest set of rules include no smoking reguardless if your disabled. The website tells of nothing but LIES!!

They overcharge, and keep your deposit I put in a 60 day notice to move out (letter)and they still took 425 out my deposit. Don't take note of anything, before I moved in I took note of everything that was broke or not in good shape the charged me to fix it this place is a joke, horrible customer service. Worst apartment ever. Needs new management & need to just knock down the whole apartment complex the bugs took over.

I had a security deposit and they claim that I don't now and charging me thousands to fix up the apartment the way it should have been when I move in. It was in terrible condition and lots of stuff broken and now trying to make me pay for their garbage. This is how they survive with renting out these roach and mold infested slum apartments. The health inspector would have a field day with these nasty people. don't trust management either - they will lie through their teeth and when you prove them wrong, play dumb.

We were out by June 1st and they still charged us for the month of June and a few little things.. mind u we cleaned the fridge and told her about the carpet and also they over charge u for rent after a few months I honestly think that I should put a rating of negative star because of the bs the new property manager treated the renters. Also they word it very carefully in the lease agreement that they don't plan on giving u back your security deposit so when u move put don't expect your security deposit at all because if u read your lease it says it in their own terms that u won't get it back. After moving out they're trying to charge me $600 to replace the 5+ year old carpet that had pet stains all on the bottom(no surface stains since I don't have a dog) and when giving deposit back there was charges that were not originally explained from management
