The on-site Manager is excellent, the support staff are very friendly and professional. Always right on a problem, which has been rare so far. It is a very quiet neighborhood. Homeland, Kum&Go, several restaurants, and banking nearby. All are within walking distance. Our children are grown and we are not from Muskogee, so I could not attest to schools in the area. There is a nightly, competent, security patrol. I have been in law enforcement and security for over 30 years So others who are in this line of work KNOW what I mean by competent. The apartments are roomy and have a homey feel. We could not be happier. And the cat likes it too!!! We have been there almost a year and have no plans of moving anytime soon!!!!

She will knock maybe twice and enter. She will try to envade your own personal life. It should not matter who, what , when ,or why I have in my bed. They overcharge, and keep your deposit I put in a 60 day notice to move out (letter)and they still took 425 out my deposit. Don't take note of anything, before I moved in I took note of everything that was broke or not in good shape the charged me to fix it this place is a joke, horrible customer service. Worst apartment ever. Needs new management & need to just knock down the whole apartment complex the bugs took over.

It was in terrible condition and lots of stuff broken and now trying to make me pay for their garbage. This is how they survive with renting out these roach and mold infested slum apartments.
