I told them I'd be willing/eager to purchase a new one from them, as a small business. The tech messaged me an hour later that he'd found the same machine (which I loved) at another business, on sale, even. He saved me over a hundred dollars at his own loss, and I thought that was the mark of a businessman out to keep his customers long-term. I described in great detail what happened and what I believed the problem was. Then he made the appointment to do the job but refused to provide an estimate. I have never worked with any professional who is so careless about the way he treats customers. He hung up as if my business meant absolutely nothing. I wouldn't trust him to do anything. He coordinated service with contracted cleaning company to prevent delays in overall repairs and coordinated with homeowner then expedited calling in for inspection which passed on first trip. Meter was repaired and turned back on successfully. Pricing was approved by insurance as fair for work required.
