My wife and I were using too much detergent and over a few years a residue built up below the stainless clothes tub leaving muddy-looking flakes on our clothes as it sloughed off. L-G had a list of repairmen and David Robinson's name came up. When he returned my call he listened to my description and gave me a good explanation of what was happening and how to go about remedying the problem. He could have come the 25 miles or so but as it turned out, his advice was just what we needed. After running a few cleaning cycles with the right tub-cleaning product, we were free of those muddy flakes. Thanks to David for good advice and for the money he saved us on a service call.
