When they returned, they did not have the tools they needed to do the job. Then they tried to bill me for the time they spent going to Lowes and back. The directions clearly said to install the antenna on the roof 3 feet above the roof, which they did not. Next, they installed the booster in my attic which gets extremely hot. The directions clearly said not to install the booster in extreme temperatures. To say I am unhappy with the lack of service I paid $200 for is an understatement.
